The Closeted Confession

3rd POV

Daichi's Third year of Highschool was almost over and he had a lot of exams to study for, but for some reason he couldn't stop getting distracted by one person who kept popping up in his head.. Him..

The one person that could make him stop thinking, stop doing whatever he was doing, to stop breathing, the person Daichi would Die for... Sugawara..

Sugawara and Daichi have been friends since middle school, but it feels like they've known each other for a lifetime, they knew everything about each other.. well almost everything.. Daichi has had a crush on Sugawara since they're first year in high school, when they both first joined the karasuno boys' volleyball team.

It's been two years since then and Daichi is now the captain of the volleyball team. Daichi has been trying to get the courage to confess to Suga since it's their last year at karasuno and they'll probably never see each other again.

'No, stop thinking about him and start studying..' he kept on thinking to himself, he knew it wasn't going to work but he still tried, and tried but the white haired boy couldn't leave his mind.

'I'll just go to sleep and try studying again tomorrow..' As he thought that he closed his books and went over to his bed and flopped onto it, not bothering to change his clothes.

The next day.

Daichi was now running to school while trying to put his books in his bag at the same time, while he was running he bumped into two boys who looked oddly familiar. When Daichi got up he apologized to the two boys without looking at them and continued running to school. As he was running away from the two young boys he heard one of them yell towards him, "You're going to pay for that Daichi!" Daichi turned around and realized who the two young boys were, Noya and Tanaka, Daichi internally sighed and stopped in his tracks waiting for them to start heading over to him. When the two second years caught up to Daichi they started walking together.

"You're going to pay for bumping into us ya know!" the bald second year told him in a confident and cocky voice.

"Yeah!" added the spiky brown haired and yellow steaked shorter male. he was confused on what they meant by 'Make you pay.' But he just ignored their antics and continued walking with them.

Daichi's POV

When I finally got to the gym for morning practice everyone stared at me, I felt awkward and I apologized for being late.

"Woah! Daichi-sans late! That's a first! Right Kageyama?" Hinata almost yelled in his regular energetic voice.

"Boke Hinata Boke! Don't be so loud you're going to make us all deaf!" The dark navy blue haired setter yelled at him.

"Guys! Can everyone who isn't Daichi or Suga come with us for a moment?" Tanaka and Noya yelled almost in union, everyone agreed and headed over to them, I couldn't help but think that this was the 'Pay back' That they were going to do, I was curious why they didn't want Suga though, but I didn't bother trying to find out.

Me and Suga just stood there watching as everyone left the gym one at a time, when it was finally me and him left alone we turned our heads staring at each other. It was super quiet for a while until I finally I decided to break the silence, "Uhm.. Well, lets continue getting the gym ready."

"Yeah, that's a good idea." He responded with a small giggle at the end, I could feel my face start to heat up a bit, but just tried to ignore it.

"Hey, I am just going to go get the ball create in the closet can you come help me?" Suga asked with his normal cheerful voice, I nodded and started heading over to the gym closet behind the stage. When we fully got into the closet I heard a 'Bang!' and clearly Suga heard it too because me and him almost immediately turned our heads to see that the doors were closed.

"We won't let you out until Daichi confesses! Asahi will be at the door listening to everything you guys are saying!" I heard Tanaka shout from the other side of the door, then suddenly a 'click' was heard and soon footsteps followed.

"Sorry guys! Nishi kind of begged me.." I heard Asahi mumble from through the door. 'Aww, come on! Tanaka knows Asahi likes Noya! But for some stupid reason Noya is to oblivious to knowtes. ' I thought to myself.

"It's okay Asahi we don't blame you." Suga said in a sweet calming voice, I smiled at what he said but that smile started to fade after I heard what Suga said next.

"So.. what did Tanaka mean by 'We won't let you out until Daichi confesses!' " My face went red. Luckily the lights were off so he couldn't see how red my face was.

"N-nothing! Nothing at all! I don't know why he said that Tanaka says the stupidest of things! So why listen to him he's probably just being dumb again! Yeah, that's probably it-" I got cut off from feeling something on my lips, as I looked to see what it was, and I was shocked to see, Suga kissing my lips.

I knew I was red as a tomato, or even redder. When Suga stopped kissing me I didn't move nor say a thing I was feeling to many emotions at once, happiness, worry, surprised, embarrassed and so much more. When I finally came to my senses I noticed Suga looked worried and was a blushing mess.

"Oh my god! I am so sorry! I don't know what got over me! I really-" I cut him off by kissing him, after a couple of seconds for him to realize what I did, he kissed me back.

Soon a minute or two of us kissing we finally broke the kiss, He and I were so red I think we might have made up a whole new colour of red.

A while later Asahi had left, forgetting about the two boys in the closet. Now the two males are lying against a wall, still in the closet, just sitting in comfortable silence, soon that silence broke from a 'Click' being heard from the doors and soon we could see Ennoshita standing while holding the nob of the now open door.

"I think you guys are done now so I believe you both can leave now, also Daichi, Noya and Tanaka are at coach Ukai's store if you want to catch up with them I'd start now."

3rd POV

Daichi immediately gets up and runs out of the closet and you can hear him yell "Tanaka! Nishinoya!" while on his way running to Ukai's store.

While that is happening Suga gets up and starts giggling from what Daichi is doing. "You know you guys have been in here for around eight hours, right?"

"What?! We have?! It's only felt like a couple of minutes though!" Suga says in a shocked and surprised voice.

"Time flies when you're in love I guess." The swampy brown male says while shrugging his elbows. Suga immediately goes running out of the closet heading as fast as he could to the coach's store, while poor Ennoshita is left there to clean everything up.

I hope you all liked this!  I had to come up with a story for school and I came up with this :D
