It keep firing at me as patrasche was dodging all of it but the shockwave was weaking her. 

The whale opened its big jaw aiming towards me. 

"Look out! " Crusch yelled, as i pointing my hand towards the way, firing an attack if needed. 

"Ha! " Mimi with her probably twin shouted as they launched a beam from their mouths but the whale quickly flew into the sky and dodged it. 

I looked around to literally everyone beating the other whale, launching attacks at it, biting it and literally torturing it. 

'So i was right about my theory, but still Lmao' i thought. 

"We'll all back tempest-san and crusch-san , until the captain is fully healed and we can regroup" Mimi's probably twin bro explained

"You? " 

"I am hetaro pearlbaton, mimi's twin brother" 

"I see, nice to meet you, did ricardo said something? " 

"Yes, on the brink of death , our captain send a message " Hetaro said 

" "Hey , it's gettin' a lot lighter, the fact that i didn't die proves that" " Hetaro continued mimicking ricardo's face and voice before returning to his normal cute look. 

"That's what he said" He finished 

A smirk traveled upon my face as I realized my theory is 100% correct now, the whale divided itself so it could heal and stay safe. 

Suddenly the whale which rem was bonking came down falling in the ground as if it was hurting from inside. 

Rem jumped before bonking the whale again at a spot, "ha! " Mimi and hetaro yelled as they fired the beam from their mouth to the exact same spot where rem attacked. 

A cross shape was planted on that skin part as it bursted with a hand coming out of it. 

The hand grabbed the area for support as wilhelm screamed as he came out of the wound. 

He fell down the whale as I rushed to him. 

"Old man wilhelm! " 

"Not skilled enough… I was careless… " He stuttered out as he went unconscious. 

"Is he alright!?" Hetaro said, coming towards us. 

"Yeah, he's just unconscious," I replied, easing his worries. 

"Take him to felix, i got something to do" I asked

"Ok , be careful," Hetaro said. 

Meanwhile in the capital

"Bishop Regulus corneas, I, marcos of the imperial knights, declare a death penalty on you" Marcos declared. 

Regulus got a look of disbelief, reinhard and all the knights got up on their guard. 

"Declare death penalty? On me? Have you lost your mind? Stone face! You interrupted my battle and declare death penalty like i am your wife cheating on you, who does you think i am? You interrupted me between my missions! Do you not realize how important missions are? I am getting sick of getting interrupted all the time! Can't a man do this work being civil-" Regulus became his rant with an annoyed look at his time, while he was taking his sweet-sweet time ranting. The knights were preparing their attacks to hopefully finish him in one attack. 

"Ablaze goa! / Al goa! / el fura / El dona! / Al huma! / El shamak! /  jiwald! / Minya! " All the knighs charged their strongest attacks towards Regulus.
