Today you got called into the hospital wing and see Draco
"What happened?" You ask and whenever something with Draco happens you're called in, because you're the only teacher he listens to well better then the rest
"Stupid bird hurt me, how was I supposed to know it could understand when I called it something? It's a weird flying bird I didn't think it'd understand when I called it ugly." Draco says and you nod
"I'll send a letter to your father telling you of getting hurt Draco." You say and Draco nods as you write it as you sit beside Draco
Which you gave one of the Hogwarts house elves the letter saying to give it to Lucius so it'll immediately get to him
Which you also told the elf to tell him it's about Draco and it's urgent so he'll actually read your letter, it takes him a week to finally get around to it so you guess he doesn't read them right away
But after a few more minutes Lucius walks into the room
Draco was asleep as you sat on the chair beside him
"Professor." Lucius says and you look over and get up
"Malfoy." You say and he looks at Draco and you explain to him of everything that happened
"Well the creature was at fault, it should pay for harming my son." Lucius says and you sigh
"Well your son did call it ugly, hippogriffs are proud creatures you understand being proud shouldn't you?" You say and Lucius frowns
"Being proud isn't a reason to hurt someone." Lucius says and you laugh
"Yeah but you did the same, wasn't it you who tried to kill me during the war? Because you were proud of your blood? Isn't that it? Oh you and the hippogriff are the same if we kill it then we gotta kill you." You say and Lucius stops you from leaving
"Why don't you rejog my memory professor, I don't seem to remember trying to murder you." Lucius says and sigh
"Well I do, mask, cloak, blond hair, dark mark and went by the name Lucius malfoy, the man who burned down my childhood home killing my parents thanks for that." You say and he was shocked
Draco sat up shocked guess he heard everything
"Now excuse me I have work to do." You say as Dracos mouth hung open in shock
"Well there's goes your chance ever with her." Draco says and you hear Lucius scoff "Oh shut up dad, shes hotter than any of those women go on dates with and you call suitors." Draco says and you close the door behind you, you felt tears well up on your eyes as you think of your parents
