chapter 13.the whale hunt begins!

"Return by death? Does it use what it's name suggests ? ' I asked Raphael with a narrowed eye as returning by death was a real dangerous power. 

'Yes master, It entered your body when you came to this world through the portal which consumed you, it was hard to analyze it, but after, i was able to fully analyze it and know it's uses. 

I personally recommend to see the great spirit of knowledge, Beatrice, to get more information about this, ' Raphael explained and suggested. 

'Okay, time to find beatrice' i thought as i opened a random door, and there was Beatrice sitting her ass on the chair with a book on her hand 

"Urghhh how do you always manage to bypass my door crossing magic? What do you have to say?! " Beatrice asked frustrated 

"Beatrice , i can return by d-" I began before the world around me suddenly became dark. 

"DANGEROUS ENTITY DETECTED MASTER'Raphael warned as I got alerted , I looked around me and saw a woman covered in a black veil of pure darkness with her eyes glowing yellow. 

My eyes widened at the entity in front of me who gave an omnipotent aura , the world suddenly returned to normal as I fell on my knees at the sudden change. 

"W-what the hell was that? " I thought with my hand on my mouth, the scenario of darkness was only for a split second but it was truly surprising. 

"Is there... An entity who looks like she's wearing a black veil made of pure darkness with her eyes glowing bright yellow? With her face filled with only darkness? " I asked Beatrice, she suddenly froze as she moved her head towards me in surprise. 

"Is there any...? " I asked, trying not to appear suspicious. Beatrice narrowed her eyes. 

"There is.. She is known as the incarnate of evil, filled with darkness, she is known to be the worst of the worst, she is the witch of envy, satella " Beatrice introduced as my narrowed eyes got filled with surprise. 

I shut the door as I was standing out in the library, still processing what I just heard. 

'It was the witch of envy who summoned me here?...... I thought still surprised. 

'Seems like it, it explains the witch's miasma surrounding you'  Raphael's voice came booming as I was still in shock. 

Flashback ends 

" I can re-" I began as the world around me again became full of darkness , but from the previous one, this one was different as Satella was standing beside me , hugging my back. 

She was wearing the same veil of darkness except her face was more of a human like, with smooth white skin and her long silky hair . 

If I was a human, I would have gotten goosebumps but I didn't. She caressed my right cheek while hugging me and holding me tight with her left hand. 

I froze in shock at where satella is.. My eyes were wide open with my mouth wanting to speak but nothing came out. 

"I love you.. " She whispered behind my ear in a soft spoken voice , and suddenly the world returned to normal. 

The witch's miasma on me grew stronger, I knew it by the fact, rem eyes widened while the whale's eyesight was set to me as it glared. 

"TROOPS ATTACK! " crusch yelled as the knights started preparing their magic, they also had big machines behind them with people sitting inside it. Since when did this world advance so fast?.
