Chapter 11, 15, 23: In Chapter 11, Seungkwan, Mingyu, and Hansol go to Minghao's house. They talked about an inspection that happened because of something that went missing in the chemistry lab. In Chapter 15, it was said that during the autopsy, traces of chloroform were found on Minghao's lungs. This chemical was taken from that moment that moment in Chapter 11. In Chapter 23, Sir Park confesses that he drugged Minghao. That's what the chloroform was for.

Chapter 12: There was a part in Minghao and Sir Park's conversation where in Sir Park tells Minghao that the Chinese male didn't have to be so formal in terms of talking. However, in Korea, formality is a very big thing to keep in mind. It is extremely rare for people who are not of the same age to not be using formalities. It might be somewhat acceptable for people with 3 to 5 year age gaps, but definitely not an age gap as big as a teacher and a high school student's. So, for someone of that high age to say something like that to a high school student, is highly unprecedented and socially unacceptable. In Korea, not using formalities to people could only mean that you are either of the same age, rude to people and have no respect, or in Sir Park's case, wants to get close to Minghao. Although, it might have slipped in Minghao's mind that it was weird since Minghao is Chinese and not Korean.

Chapter 15: There's a line here that says, "Among his (Minghao's) belongings, a single earring was found and the pierced area on his left ear was completely torn." Further than this, it was also mentioned that Minghao had bruises all over him and the cause of death was strangulation. This indicates that Minghao tried his best to resist and struggle his way out. His left ear may have been torn due to the struggle, like if the culprit pulled Minghao's earring causing for his ear to be torn.

Chapter 15: There's a line here near the end that states, "He wanted it to stop. He wanted the pain to stop.", and that was the moment that triggered Junhui's sudden memory loss. He passed out due to the extreme mental and emotional stress, as well as not having eaten for days.

Chapter 15, 19: At the end of Chapter 15, Junhui was found passed out on the floor with the single earring that was retrieved from Minghao's body. It was the only earring that was left since the culprit had already torn the earring off of Minghao's left ear and taken it. At Chapter 19, Junhui finds an earring, which is the same earring that he held when he passed out on Chapter 15.

Chapter 20: Notice how during the entire time Junhui ate with his parents, Mr. Wen didn't utter a single word. If you read all the previous chapters that had Mr. Wen in it, you would notice that he's talkative, especially when it comes to food. However, at that moment, Mr. Xu didn't say anything. This was because he knew that it was Minghao's birthday that day. He considered Minghao as his son, but since Minghao had died, Junhui had lost a portion of his memories and the trauma that caused it was due to Minghao's death. He had found out that Junhui had been dating Minghao which is why the mental and emotional trauma was that intense for his son. Despite thinking of Minghao as one of his own, he had chosen to stay silent and pretend as if Minghao never existed for the sake of not causing any further mental and emotional damage for Junhui.

Chapter 20: Wonwoo asked Mingyu how long he had been there. Mingyu doesn't answer his question, but smiles weakly and says, "Thank you, guys, for coming here." This implies that Mingyu had been in fact been there for some hours and may have plans to stay with Minghao's urn for a few more hours.

Chapter 20: Jeonghan didn't come to visit Minghao's urn on the boy's birthday. This was because he had felt guilty for acting around Junhui and pretending as if Minghao didn't exist. He had tried to avoid all topics about Minghao whether Junhui was there or not. He felt guilty about this. He felt like he was a piece of trash that didn't deserve to visit Minghao, especially on his birthday.

Chapter 21, 23: In Junhui's dream, he and the boy (later confirmed on the Epilogue as Minghao) went to a beach. I wanted them to go to a river instead of a beach, but I felt like saying that they went to a river was a bit weird. The word ''river" or "the other side of the river" commonly symbolizes death. As said, Junhui dies the next day on Chapter 23 by committing suicide after killing Sir Park.

Chapter 22, Epilogue: When Junhui woke up in Chapter 22 (which was the same day as Chapter 23), he had the thought, "A dream..?" However, there was no actual scenes written in that chapter of what happened in his dream. This was because the dream is written on the Epilogue instead of that chapter.

Prologue, Epilogue: The Epilogue is the full story of the Prologue.
