A method that I've found to work for me:

Reflect on the things you're grateful for, I try to do this every night.

Think of things that happened that day you are grateful for, and think of reasons you love your original reality :)

Then, think of things you want to happen, for example:

'I'm so grateful I'm a master shifter', or 'I'm so happy my crush likes me back'

(I find it helpful to say these things as if they've already happened.)

Do this routine every night, and I promise you will see results soon! Remember, It's all about belief, no matter what you do, it will work if you believe it will, and by associating your gratitude with the things you are manifesting, your subconscious will understand and make it reality.
