The Rumors

The sky was clear, Sun was shinning bright as ever, and the birds were singing their hearts out. Outside stood a young adult named Serena, she held a smile on her face as she was filling the bird bath. two birds rested on her shoulder, and one on her head. Once she was finished she picked up the three birds placing them on the edge of the bird bath and began walking away as the wind blew through her hair gently. One she stepped foot inside the house, a tall shadow figure slammed the door shut and pinned her against the wall. The sun shinned inside the house showing it was none other than her boyfriend Ethan. He smirked as he pressed his lips up against hers, kissing her passionately while using his left hand to brush her hair over her ear. Serena closed her eyes placing her hands on his shoulders, kissing him back. Ethan soon pulled away and smiled down at her saying "How's my beautiful girl doing?". She removed her hands from his shoulders and placed them to her side, giving him a warm smile before saying "Very well". Ethan then grabbed her hand gently and asked if she'd like to go out to the park. Without even thinking she had said yes. A few minutes later they soon left the house holding each others hand. On the way to the park was about a ten minute walk which was silent the whole time, they had nothing to say to each other but enjoy the pleasent evening. Once they arrived, Ethan looked at her and told her he'd be back, from there he walked off. Serena waited patiently, waiting for his return. When she had been caught off gaurd, a young adult male had pulled her to him, asking what she was doing with Ethan. She looked at him and responded in a slight confused tone. "What ever do you mean?". The guy had introduced himself as Ryan and said Ethan had been a wanted criminal for over 5 years now. By these words, Serena was even more confused. She pulled her arm away from him and looked him in the eye. "And what could my boyfriend have possibly done?". She said in a slight annoyed tone as if she heard this before. Ryan then started explaining to her how he killed a family and robbed many places. Serena began laughing like a complete psycho and then calmed herself down. "Do you think I care what you say? Or even believe you?". She said in a rude and sassy tone. Ryan looked a bit worried but by the way he heard her laugh, it felt like he seen or heard of her before but just couldn't put his finger on it. Not before long, Ethan had walked to Serena's side asking who this man was. She didn't want Ethan to be hurt by Ryan's words so she told him it was nothing but a person who was looking to sell cars. And I mean who wouldn't believe it? You got people theses days trying to do that so he believed it. He then handed Serena a beauitful rose and took her hand, walking  away from the Ryan guy. Ryan just started as he watched them walk away soon turning around and heading the other way.
