"Are you sure about this?" Cassiel asked, turning to the man next to him.
The other fellow only continued to stare at the glass container in front of him. It was something akin to an over sized PVC tube, only, in this case, see through all the way around. Inside, a UV light cascaded its rays down into the formaldehyde inside, allowing the creature inside to cast a scattered shadow on the two men and the ground.
Naazir seemed to sigh, and turned to Gabriel.
"Oh, sweet, sweet Cassiel; Don't waste your morale and empathy on a Frankenstein monster such as this. She's a prototype; Nothing more and nothing less."
Cassiel seemed to flinch before flicking his golden hues to stare at the ground. After a pause of silence, he spoke, his voice a hoarse whisper.
"If you say so, brother."
