chapter 9. a day with the knights

"Joshua! " Julius said

"Ara , its already Julius kun, why do you want to be my apprentice, Joshua kun? " I asked

"Because I want to be a true knight who will never forget the way of chivalry and be strong enough to protect it's people! That's why I want to be trained by you because I believe you can teach me it!" Joshua said

I kinda didn't knew how to react cuz I don't Think I will be a good teacher and how will I tell him that my power is nearly infinite?!

"Very well, I expect you to act like my apprentice , I will start your training from today, don't disappointed me! " I said motivating him even further

"Hai! I'll not disappoint you! " He said bowing

"Please take care of him, he can be disrespectful sometimes" Julius said

"I see I see" I said

Suddenly a little girl with kinda orange or ginger hair and looking like a demi human came towards us

"Mimi, what are you doing here? " Julius asked the girl now identifed as mimi

"Anastasia-sama is askin' for ya' rimuru San" Mimi said

"I see, Reinhard, Julius and Joshua, I will be right back " I said as I walked away with Mimi

"So you're mini? " I asked her

"Mimi not mini" She replied

"Yes yes Mimi , you are pretty strong for a kid , if I didn't have mana detection, I would have probably mistaken you for an normal kid " I said

"Woah you're the first to not think of me as a normal kid" Mimi said in her kararagi accent

We were now in front of Anastasia's mansion

Chapter 9.1. Alliance

Scene change

"So , what did you wanna talk to me about? Anastasia sama" I asked, rem was standing beside me

"I need your assist to defeat the white whale" Anastasia bluntly said

I raised an eyebrow at this so as rem

"And what would I gain from this? " I asked her

"Reputation, the knights will respect and the public will view you as a hero who played a major role in defeating the while whale considering your strength, your camp will also benifit from it,Emilia being the witch rumor will fall down if they see a hero like you in her camp" Anastasia explained, damn she have a brain and good points

I retake what I said bad about her, her intelligence is good

"Who elese is taking part and how do you know where the whale is appearing? " I asked her

"Crusch camp is taking part in it, my subordinates, the iron fang is also taking part in it. And about how I know where the whale will appear is because my merchant network informed me " Anastasia answered

"I see , I agree to take part in the white whale fight" I said I begin waking out

"Wait , you need to come with me, we are going right now" Anastasia said

"Take rem with you , I will appear in a second when the whale reveals itself " I said and walked away

"Okay then" Anastasia said as rem followed her

Scene change

"So what did Anastasia sama talked about? " Reinhard asked as Julius tensed a bit

"She asked to join the fight between white whale " Rimuru said as Reinhard almost choked on air

"T-the w-white whale... " Reinhard said as he remembered his bad memories and how he was the cause that his grandmother lost her life

" Don't overthink Reinhard, we will come while carrying the body of the whale" I said as patted his shoulder

"Y-your right rimuru, I hope that you guys will win"  Reinhard says hesitately as he doesn't want any of his friends to be killed

" Oi oi oi you blue haired on-" A voice came as a white haired guy came but his face froze as soon he got a look at my face

He was wearing mostly white cloths with golden outlines and red fancy collar

He had golden eyes which showed annoyance but they were quickly replaced with shock as soon he saw rimuru

Scene change

Rem was walking in the back for the following army which were being leaded by crusch and iron fang

Suddenly her nose was hit with her smell of witch's miasma, horror creeped on her face as she rushed towards the smell

Scene change again

"Who are you? " Crusch said as she held her sword in front of an Individual

"My my, instead of going all bloody we should talk with peace right? It will help to ease misunderstandings " The individual in front of crusch said in a kinda raspy feminine voice

The individual was covered head-to-toe in white bandages, with only her mouth and left eye left unobscured. Furthermore breaches in her bandages allow part of her full head of long silver hair to seep out. A red teardrop is constantly affixed directly below her left eye.

Long steel golden chains are wrapped around her arms which trail along the ground as she moves.

With the exception of her bandages, the only other thing she is wearing is a long purple cloak.

"You are certainly right about that, can you mind telling me your name" Crusch said suddenly getting somehow tamed by the individual

"Oh, sorry for not introducing myself, I am sirius romanee con-ti! Sin archbishop of witch cult representing wrath! " She said as she got an crazy smile

To be confined

This is probably the last chapter of this month since my exams are starting and I am really mentally tired tbh

The main reason is because I switched my mobile and when I logged into whatsapp from it , my all pdfs were gone and I need to do some settings in this phone

Luckily my old man had the files of it and I am currently attending my classes from it only

So yea, because of all this things , I am tired both physically and mentally
