The bus drove into a school compound. By now, the McDuck siblings were alone. Arya was sleeping and drooling over her bag, which she used as a pillow, while Perrie was a little carsick from all the swerves and her reading a book.

"Finally," she managed to croak once the bus stopped.

Mazewest Academy for Science, Art, Aviation and Business Educations is situated at Mazewest Road - hence the name. It had about 6 acres of land, five 34-floor buildings, and a huge aviation runway. From the left is the Science Building, followed Art Hall, Business Floor and Aviation Establishment. The one in the middle is the Entrance Hall/Teacher's and Headmaster's Office/Assembly Hall. Sun rays reflected off the gray, rough cement walls, showing off an European medieval feeling. The windows, tainted blue, shone brightly from the rays.

Arya bit off from a cheese stick. "Erm mhish is soo ghood!"

Perrie raised an eyebrow.

"What?" Arya said, gulping down the food.

"You do know we're about to be late, and we aren't allowed to eat anything before and after recess," Perrie said, pointing to a badge she had just pinned to her uniform. "Don't make me write your name."

"Fine, prefect," Arya said, frowning. "Perfect Prefect Perrie," she muttered under her breath when Perrie wasn't listening. It was a nickname given to her by the entire school; Perrie had been chosen prefect this year, and it was a real bummer. This young prodigy had been famous for getting the top results ever since she enrolled 2 years ago. Sort of like a genius you'll always see in school drama series. And speaking of them -

"Hey! Arya!" Perrie cried, snapping her fingers over a daydreaming Arya, who was thinking of her favorite school drama series 'Perfect Korean Academy'. "I'm going to class."

When Arya didn't reply, Perrie said sarcastically, "Cool? Cool. Bye!"

Perrie trudged off to Science Lab 1 - Year 3 - her class. Once she entered, she sat down on a table next to the door, where a pretty girl with rounded glasses with freckles was beside her.

"Good morning, Cherilynn," Perrie said, taking out a force meter. They were studying Physics today on measuring mass of blocks.

"Same to you, Perrie," Cherilynn said, taking out her own force meter, only that is was pink, her favorite color. "Did you hear? Someone disappeared yesterday!"

"Really?" Perrie said, looking bewildered.

"And you say the disappearances are purely coincidental!" Another girl said. She has pretty aquamarine eyes, as well as a sweet breath of peppermint.

"Right, Amity. What does she report to the headmaster again?" Cherilynn said.

"'Mr. Principal, there is nothing wrong; it is just by pure chance!'" Amity mocked, and the two laugh at Perrie's blushing cheeks.

"Hey!" She shouted, and the two stopped. "Have you have any idea how hard it is keeping a school of thousands of students assured that they won't disappear just like all the other ones before?!"

The other classmates began to whisper. Perrie sighed and sat down rubbing her temples. "Listen, I've tried to investigate, but all my current leads lead to nothing!" She said, taking out three photos: signs of a triangle, harp, and drum. "But everytime one student goes missing, marks appears where that person is taken."

"Triangle..." Amity was starting to ponder, "What does it mean?"

"You mean the musical instrument?" Cherilynn suggested. "I mean, there's a harp and a drum.
