I am thick. I am very overweight for my height. I'm 5'2" and i weigh 200lbs. I work out and i have tried dieting but I stress eat. People have told me that stress eating isn't a problem for anyone and that its just an excuse but I barely eat when I'm not stressed. And then when i get super stressed I eat everything. Its very unhealthy and i need to stop doing it. I try to be positive but at this rate it'll take me forever to lose weight.
