Arsenal: The user is able to create and telepathically control any weapon they know the makeup of, the limit of weapons made and controlled depends solely on the users own mental strength

Drawbacks: the user must know exactly how the weapon is made and will develop a headache whos severity depends on both how many weapons the user made and how many the user is controling


Neon: The user controls neon that flows in his/her veins giving him/her the ability to do a multitude of things with the neon...Such as fire it off in blasts or harden it to make armor, the way the quirk can be used depends on the users imagination

Drawbacks: Overuse of the quirk leads to slight burns as the gas passes through the users body


Flame overhaul: The user has complete control of fire as long as the user can see the fire...meaning that the user can either make the flames cold enough to freeze or hot enough to melt...The color of the flame changes with black being the coldest and blue being the hottest 

Drawbacks: if the user is not experianced with this quirk they will not be able to control the flames as effectivly 


Mist: The user can summon, control, turn into, and move through mist at high speeds

Drawbacks: The users clothes are left behind when they turn to mist  


Technomancer: The user can move into/ control and create most technological items 

Drawbacks: The user gets a headache if the quirk is used for more then 30 minutes that gets worse the longer its in use
