Bondita snapped open her eyes, wincing. She quickly held her neck massaging and looked around and that is when she saw a man, all grumpy faced staring back at her. A handsome man but nevertheless a man. A MAN! IN HER ROOM! How dare he?

"Tum! Kon ho tum? Aur kya kar rhe ho mere kamre me? Sharam nhi aati ek aurat ke kamre me aise ghuste hue? Batau sabko? Jaante ho kon hai mere pati? Ek baar bolungi toh kachoomar bana denge vo tumhara. Aise peetenge ki kisi aur ke kya khud ke kamre me jaane tak ki himmat nho hogi tumhari." Bondita said with a mere present fear and she on her knees on the bed, pointing an accusing finger.

Aniruddha was surprised with the turn of events but nonetheless entertained. He expected anything from marriage but this! Well, to be honest he didn't expect anything. He was very clear to maintain his distance, and continue his side story with Saudamini. He still planned to do the same but maybe a little leg pulling would be of no harm. His child bride indirectly praised him, so why not show some skills and then mind their own business? 5 min of fun would be of no harm, he concluded.

"Accha, aisa kya? Toh batao kon hai tumhara pati aur kyu chhod gaya tumhe is kamre me ek parai mard ke sath?" He counter asked, crossing his arms, conveying who had the upper hand in the conversation.

Bondita faltered. He had a point. Where was this husband of hers? Kamre me aaya bhi tha ki nhi? Hadd hai. Ab kya karu? Neeche jaake baudi se madad maangu? Par is aadmi ne mujhe utne der me kuch kar diya toh? Waah! Sasural me swagat ho toh aisa. Shaadi maine is gunde badmash ki shakal dekh ke din shuru karne ke liye thodi ki thi. Ab kya karu?

She eyed the man from head to toe, analyzing him. He was quite handsome and maybe some well put too to be a gunda badmash but whoever he was, he had no right to be in her room.

Deciding on something, Bondita shouted, "Aniruddha Roy Chaudharyyyyy!!!"

Aniruddha's muscles had a mind a their own and before he could even realize he snapped shut her mouth with his palm, holding her tight. What was she? Why did she suddenly decide to shout?

"Deemag kharab ho gya hai kya tumhara? Aise paaglon ki tarah chillane kyu lagi?" He asked beratingly.

"Mhmmhmmmhmm" She replied.

"He bhagwan! Kitna bolna hai tumhe? Chup nhi reh sakti kya?" He asked. She was definitely a ping-pong ball, all ready to jump out of his hold and shout. That too his name. Aniruddha closed his eyes in painful defeat.

"Mhmmhmmmhmm" She replied again, squirming.

Aniruddha menacingly stared at her.  Bondita stared back ferociously.

Aniruddha was fairly surprised. This woman had some guts to stick to her stand. What stumped him more was that his kaka found such a bride for him. He thought some domicile, silent girl would be making an entry but here she was a full blown fire ball. He would love to see some of her banters with kaka. Oh, what a treat it would be! He smiled gleefully.

Bondita bit his palm, making him squeak in an unmanly manner. He got all embarrassed but didn't have much time to dwell into that because there she fled out of the room, shouting. His name.

"Aniruddha Roy Chaudhary! Aniruddha! Aniruddha!" Bondita shouted and ran as fast as her tiny legs could help her.

Trilochan Roy Chaudhary was all ready and going to ask for a cup of tea when he heard this holler. And he barely managed to reach the staircase when a small figurine hit him with such a force, making him stumble and hit the floor but was thankful that his Somu saved him. What was this ruckus anyway?
