"D-d-doggie say h-h-hi" meili called out to the mabeast

"Heyyo " I said while moving my hand towards it to pet it

"Ouch!" It 'suddenly' bites me , I shook my hand away from it , all kids started laughing at the sight , but immediately after biting me , it started to tremble

"Hahahaha looks like he doesn't like you"

"Its was so friendly before but seeing you it completely changed "

"S-s-s-sorry about that , h-h-he normally d-d-doesn't do t-t-hat"meile said apologizing but quickly glanced in worry at her mabeast

'raphael , what did you do to the pup?'

"Rimuru-sama , we need to go now" rem called out

"What? So quick, you didn't even stay for 5 minutes " Petra said

"Yea , she is right , you should stay for some more time"

One by one , every kid starts to tell rimuru to stay

"Not kids, but maybe next time" I said as I walked towards rem

"You did quite good with the kids" rem said in her usual tone

"Yeah , I know right, you brought everything real quick " I exclaimed

"Well , all the needed stuff were near by so I didn't needed to search that much " she replied

"That's good, I got bitten by a puppy when I was there playing with the kids" I said

"But I don't see any injuries " rem asked

"It is due to the fact my body is real tough and also due to my regeneration " I answered

"Oh , that's nice, I never knew you had regeneration " rem said with just a super little smile

"You should smile more , that way your destined one will fall in love with you at first sight" I said

"Destined one huh? Did you meet your's?" She said

"Yeah , I did , but she died " I said with a silent

"Oh , I am sorry ,I shouldn't have asked" rem apologized

"oh no ,it's already , I met her when I didn't had my human form ,she was dying .. and her wish was for me to consume her.." I said

"Consume her?" Rem questioned

"I have one more ability , if I consume any living beings , I can use their abilities and also replicate their bodies , there you go ,you got the answer on where I got my human form" I said

"That's must have been hard , to see your loved one died and you can't be able to do anything " rem said

"Yes , it sure was , oh , we reached the mansion " I said , time flies really fast , we had already reached the mansion

"Anyways ,I will see you later now rimuru-sama " rem said as she walks off to somewhere else

After washing my face and hands , i went for dinner and talked with Emilia for a while and then went into my room ,it was midnight currently

'raphael ,have I been cursed ?' I asked her

'yes master ,you are cursed'

'since Beatrice can remove the curse ,I should go to her and it will also work as a proof that I am innocent' I thought as I got out of my room and just opened a random door

I couldn't resist and I went to read the web novel and the rest is history

But that happened on Monday
For Sunday my internet gave up

I make Sunday and Monday my holiday ,I will not upload any chapter that two days

I also had many problems during this chapter because I didn't know how should I execute the village arc , specially the children talking one

I didn't want to make it cringy so I tried my best
