Anne is chucks twin sister, he's twelve minutes older than her and they're complete opposites, he's popular, a ladies man, football captain and all that, she's snarky, unpopular, straight A student, always has a comeback, chuck completely ignores her during school, he doesn't want people to know their siblings, today his friends are coming over and he told her to stay in her room, she rolled her eyes and went back to doing her homework, a few hours later she forgot all about it and got hungry, she went out of her room and to the kitchen, she saw chuck and his friends playing the x-box, she quietly got herself leftover pizza and put it in the microwave
"Woah chuck, didn't know you had your girl over." Moose says
"He doesn't."
"Wait, is that Anne? Your sleeping with Anne?" Another guy asks
"No he's not, I live here."
"Your adopted?" Moose says
"It's called siblings do you want me to sound it out?" Moose got up but Reggie pulled him back down, she takes a bite out of her pizza and walks up the stairs and back to her room, she puts the plate on her bedside and sits down on her bed and watches her t.v, a few minutes later she sees a figure leaning against her door, she looks up to see Reggie with his arms crossed smirking at her, she raises her brow
"Yes?"
"Nothing, but I just had to come up here and see how chuck has such a beautiful sister."
"How many girls have you used with that line?"
"None, because their not as important as you."
"Are you trying to put me in the book?" She asks, his eyes widen
"Yes I know, actually I know everything about you." He raises his brows at her
"I'm not obsessed I'm just very observant." She says, he walks over to her bed and puts his thumb and pointer finger under her chin, she backs her face up and gives him a warning glare
"What are you doing?" They hear chuck ask
"He was just leaving, right Reginald?" She asks, glaring at Reggie
"Right, just leaving." He says and both boys leave, she rolls her eyes and unpauses the horror movie she was watching, soon night time comes around and Anne gets hungry again, she gets up and walks out her door to the kitchen, she puts her plate in the sink and looks to the living room to see everyone asleep, she doesn't see Reggie until she feels his chest against her back
"What do you want?" She asks, still looking at the sleeping boys on the couch
"You know we don't have that book anymore right?"
"Then why were you flirting with me in my room." She says and turns around to face him, she's tall for a girl, 5'8 but he still towers over her with him standing at 6'3, he puts his hand on her hip and she stiffens up
"Why the sudden Interest?"
"I've always liked you, just didn't have the guts to talk to you until now." He whispers back to her, she looks in his eyes, looking for something to show that he's lying, but she doesn't, but she can't risk getting hurt, not again, she puts her hand over his, the one that's on hr hip, and puts it to his side
"I can't risk it, I know what you did to those girls, and I'm not gonna risk being one of them." She says and walks past her to her room, he puts his hands on his hips and watches as she walks up the stairs and back to her room, he won't give up, he'll show her that he's changed and doesn't do that anymore, none of them actually do that anymore, the next day he walks up the stairs and to Anne's room, he watches her sleeping form in the doorway, a couple minutes later he walks down the stairs and to the living room, everyone's waking up and getting ready to go back home, Reggie hears Anne walk through her door and down stairs, she opens the fridge and pours herself a bowl of cereal, her eyes are closed as she eats, she forgot all about them being there, she puts her bowl in the sink and goes back upstairs to brush her teeth and change, Reggie leaves and heads back home, he changes his clothes and brushes his teeth and goes to pops, he prefers some breakfast, he scans the booths and sees Anne sitting in one, sipping a milkshake and looking out the window, he walks over to her booth and sits down across from her, she looks over to him, he sees for a split second her eyes brightening, but they go back to being dull
"Did you follow me here?"
"No, pops is popular, were bound to meet here sometime."
"Ok, cut the crap, what do you want, you could have sat anywhere else but you sat with me, tell me Reggie, what is it that you desire?"
"A date."
"Why."
"Because I like you." She looks him up and down skeptically, she huffs
"Fine, no funny business." She says
"Deal." And that's how their relationship started
