This specific OC is based off of a portion of Project 863 on YouTube, it's an amazing series and I'd recommend watching it. The format will be that of the Apple II that they found in one of the episodes of Project 863 (this is also a slight mix with MHA or BNHA in the fact that there are quirks)

Briar was a fairly normal looking kid, even though his eyes were a rare purple, he has black hair and of course, his vibrant purple eyes, however he was quite small. His hair started turning white at a young age dude to his Marie Antoinette Syndrome.

At birth he was parted from his family and out into a certain project and sub-project, that project was called Pegasus. The project tried to make time travel possible & used children as their test subjects. Each test subject had a single backup subject in case the experiments went badly and those subjects unfortunately lost their lives.

Even though the project was mainly focused on time travel there were some experiments they wanted to try that are quite different from the main objective. The overall project was not at all humane with their ways of trying to reach their objectives.

Briar was one of the subjects that was part if their, secondary objectives. The part of the project that Briar was a part of was called, Pegasus: Project 863.

Briar was referred to as a number, not a name. The head scientist referred to as Dr. Nelson, wanted to dehumanize the subjects as much as possible to try and make other scientists not feel as bad about doing the tests on the subjects.

The scientists were told to record all audio of the tests on cassette tapes that that the surveillance footage from the security cams would be recorded manually.
