Outside the ICU room Leonardo cruise is sitting with his head hanging down .he can't overcome what he experienced minutes ago.his heart softened for the person he disliked most for the first time after discovering  that she didn't have any relative in this city .imagine the pain of being in such condition as hers and your family is not by your side .he showed sympathy for her.  Rose H  was his surrogate wife for one year .she has given birth to his only daughter ,his dearest Lily cruise who is only three months old .him and Rose divorced immediately after she has given birth ,this is what they agreed on before he married her ,because his first  wife Mary cruise was not happy with the decision of her husband  getting a surrogate since she was infertile but she accepted it anyways because she knew that she was the only one  Leonardo loved and he was doing this due to family pressure.they took advantage of the fact that miss Rose was madly in love with Leonardo .she was working at his office as a cleaner and she has fallen for him at the first meet , although Leonardo used to despise her,scolded her and treated her like an animal  she was blinded by his love and she never said anything bad to him .they were married for almost a year and separated after that .she have not seen her daughter since the day she gave birth .she came to Leonardo's home today to see her daughter and just when she was about to leave she collapsed .Leonardo rushed her to the hospital she is now in a coma .he tried to reach her family .he called the landlady of the apartment that Rose lived in and she told him that for the five years that miss H lived in her apartment she has not seen any  relative or anyone related to her come to her ,she also told him that Rose requested them not to ask her about her family so they avoided this topic mostly . Leonardo was about to hang up the phone when the lady stopped him.              " Wait Mr Leonardo ,there is.  A friend of hers called    Juana she also lives in the same apartment she is a flight attendant she just left for work some minutes ago ....she may know more about rose because they always spent their time together "              "can I get her number please " Leonardo requested
" Of course sir I will send it to you,  she is quite short tempered make sure you talk to her in a friendly tone "
" what ?I don't care I just want to ask her about Rose's family "
" Okay sir all the best "   she said and hanged up ........

Mrs Courtney is the landlady of the apartment that Rose and Juana live in she is a close friend of both the girls ,she travels back to the moments she shared with Juana and Rose.

Juana was very aggressive girl and hard to coop with but she and Rose became best friends at their first meet all her neighborhood couldn't believe that Juana was the first one to ask for Rose to befriend her ,Juana was known to fight with new neighbors ,manipulate them  she was even nicknamed as 'mafia J'  because of her mafia-like behaviors .Juana was fond of the new girl in the neighborhood that she spent most of her time in Rose's room .
When she was asked why she liked this girl so much she will simply answer " she my type" .
Juana's neighbor:  "Are you a guy or you L" ....
Juana: " Wanna your head attached to your neck ..say another word and you will wake up to the latter "
Juana's neighbor:"This MF mafia girl "
Juana: "Uhh this MF annoying neighbors gonna make me a serial killer one day I just wanna snap some MF necks and explode some MF heads of this MF neighbors"
Landlady: Juana would you stop cursing you spoiled brat.
Juana: wanna be one of my victims?"
Landlady: 'giggles' "not before you pay my money "
Juana: "you know who you asking money? Your life is too short madam"
Landlady:' sarcastically smirks' " not shorter than your beloved Rose"
Juana :" stop it there ,let's just come back from the world of fantasy "
Juana's neighbor: you do know how to snap this f**  mafia to the real Juana Mrs Courtney" .
Landlady: "I like Juana that is why"
Although Juana acts like boss all her neighbors like her and they say that there is no happiness without Juana the mafia.
