A red- blood eclipse fell upon the city of Anstake. A city in which no life bloomed. To step in there was to step into an endless loop of melancholia. No greenery, not even the slightest hint of gray. Just a blank space. There was a time where the stars shone brighter than the sun. The moon glimmered in the velvet skies. A time where this alluring land had been inhabited by the Livean Kingdom. But when kindness shows, the devil comes by. The people of the kingdom had the purest of souls, wisdom and mercy. Maybe it was too pure for their own good.

The land hidden away from society-kept in the protection of nature-fell victim to a ghastly calamity. The people of Anstake's spirits had been stripped away, filled with only an orb of darkness. Joy was just a myth. No soul was left haunted-ripped of their very essence.

But there was one Djinn, who had not contributed to the adversity the citizens faced. Name? It's Roviet. Even if he paid no contribution, his heart flourished with desire to kill. Yet with all this, he could not step forward. To take a life. He tried so many times, but something kept telling him, it was not what he was destined to do.

Unlike the other devils, Roviet was well-unique. His fragile ambered eyes, and his small build, put him to the lowest of authorities. His long and black-flaxen hair was made fun of. Roviet was just a useless object that the devils decided to adopt. He no longer wanted to suffer this pain anymore.

'I'm okay, no more pain,I'm okay' he deluded himself of reality.

Even with the malicious thoughts embedded into his mind, Roviet's heart grew fonder of the humans. He defied the corrupt laws. He wanted no more of this agony. When dawn struck, Roviet broke free of the chains that kept him bounded with lies. He ran. Far away. In his mind, he pictured a future. A future that holds humans and devils together. A future that shows there is good in evil.

Roviet's dark cloak hid well with the night. His bare feet, exposed to the silken feeling of blossoming rose petals. The wind caressed his face in a gentle manner. Cold yet warm. This almost felt surreal. His amber eyes gazed upon the starry night. Catching a glimpse of his blank canvas finally being painted on, with ripples of luminescent colors.

I'll make my new reality, starting now.
