EPISODE 1:
"Pilot" or the episode title: "Q&A with Boyfriend and Girlfriend"
Episode description: Midnight and Sal have a Q&A with BF and GF (from Friday Night Funkin')! And Midnight and Sal perform a song together!
*It seems like the talk show room has changed a lot since the old show...*
Large wooden white and red doors lead into the studio, a tidy display of cameras and stage lights staring at Sal and Midnight as they walk in.
"Alright, I'm going to get the cameras set up so we can start!"
Midnight, in his casual outfit; slick brown hair, black track pants, black glasses, wolf ears and a purple tuxedo with an orange tie, walks over the carpeted floor towards the pair of tripods where three cameras at different angles are positioned, and turns them all on. They flash red: recording.
As the day goes on, the studio seats are packed with all kinds of people: from two kids in skeleton and pumpkin costumes, to a lemon monster and they're ready for any kind of entertainment.
The Main Jingle begins to play, the closed curtains opening to reveal a casual setup, with leather chairs on either side of the host's chair.
Midnight stands at the front of the stage, at the microphone.
"Hello, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Midnight's Misfortunate Talk Show!"
The audience gives a round of applause, then settles down as someone unfamiliar to them comes on the stage.
"Hey, everyone! It's me, ya boy, Sal! Your favourite co-host, hopefully."
"Give a quick applause to my wonderful co-host!" Midnight exclaims cheerfully.
The audience erupts into loud clapping, before once again settling down, to ease the atmosphere.
"And the name's Midnight, your faaavourite host of the great talk show, Midnight's Misfortunate Talk Show!"
Cheers are heard, then they die down.
He continues. "For the rest of this evening, I'll pull random people out of the audience for a Q&A as an easy start to our show!"
"Sal, can you move a roulette wheel out here?" Midnight quietly motions to him, and the wooden ring is rolled out onto the stage.
Midnight moves back to the microphone. "I'll spin the wheel, and whichever audience name it lands on, you get picked for the Q&A!"
In a brief couple moments of suspense, the wheel spins, Midnight encouraging the audience to chant the words: "Round and round it goes, where it'll stop, nobody knows!" along with him.
The wheel finally stops, and lands on a familiar name to someone in the audience looking at it. "Boyfriend!"
BF is in disbelief. He gets to come up, and do a Q&A with his best friend? He almost couldn't believe it, so he rushed towards the stage, bringing his trusty mic with him.
Midnight and BF briefly embrace before they settle into their chairs, and the lights in the theatre go dim, so the crowd can see better. Sal later settles into his chair, sitting close to Midnight and Boyfriend, as they grab their mics to start the questions.
"Midnight," BF whispers nervously.
"Yeah, Boyfriend?"
"I'm a bit nervous."
Midnight comforts Boyfriend. "Hey, you'll rock this, don't worry buddy!"
"Ok!"
"First question," Midnight says, turning towards Boyfriend.
