Sid: Tumhare bhai ne bhi banwaya tha? ( Your brother also got it made?)

Avu: Nahi. Uski death ho gayi thi, uske birthday ke din hi. Vaishu ko bhi humne almost kho diya tha. ( No. He died on his birthday itself. We had almost lost Vaishu also.)

Sid: Matlab? ( What?)

Avu: Vaishu jab paida huyi thi, tab Vaishu theek se saanse nahi le paa rahi thi. Phir sabko laga uski death ho gayi, par maa ki zid se use NICU mein rakha. Phir pata nahi kaisa chamatkar hua, ek hafte baad Vaishu thik ho gayi. Par use kabhi kabhi breathing problems hoti hai, specially jab bahut dhua ho. ( When Vaishu was born, she wasn't able to breath properly. Then all thought she has died, but on mom's insistence she was kept in NICU. Then we don't know what miracle occurred, one week later Vaishu got well. But she still has breathing problems sometimes, specially when there is a lot of smoke.)

Sid: Oh. 

Avu: Vaishu mujhse ek saal badi hai. Humara bhai, wo tha mera twin. ( Vaishu is one year elder to me. Our brother, he was my twin.)

Sid: Kya? ( What?)

Avu: Hmm. Par Vaishu ki health issues ki wajah se uski padhai ek saal late huyi thi, mere saath. Isliye hum bolte hai ki hum twins hai. ( Hmm. But due to her health issues she started studying one year late, with me. That's the reason we say we are twins.)

Sid: Agar tu aur tere bhai twins ho, toh kal tera bhi birthday hoga na? ( If you and your brother are twins, then tomorrow must be your birthday also right?)

Avu: Ha. 

Sid: Bataya kyu nahi? ( Why didn't you say?)

Avu: Mujhe apna birthday manana nahi pasand, kyunki mera twin mere saath nahi hai. Uski death humare birthday ke din hi huyi thi. ( I don't like celebrating my birthday, because my twin is not with me. He died on our birthday itself.)

Sid: Par Jai ko bhi tu apna bhai manti hai, aur kal uska bhi birthday hai, wo tera twin nahi hoga, par bhai toh banaya hai, uske saath celebrate karegi tu kal. ( But you consider Jai also your brother right, and tomorrow is his birthday, he might not be your twin, but you call him your brother right, with him you will celebrate tomorrow.)

Avu smiled and nodded. 

Sid: Chal pehle Shivin ko batate hai. ( Let's tell Shivin first.)
