When people are desperate, it seems as if they rely on a guardian angel. But the same is not true for Y/N. After Y/N loses their home to man's-best-discovery, they come across a tall, tease of a demon. They'll soon realize...

" Just a nightmare- I'm sorry for waking you up... " I rubbed the back of my neck slightly, looking away from the annoyed demon. I heard him growl a bit and felt him sit beside me.
" No point in trying to sleep now. Wanna go for a walk or something, dipshit? "
" Okay-
my name is Y/N, Selever. "
" Ey- you woke the house up- so that's an excuse to call you dipshit three more times for the rest of my family. " He stuck his tongue out a little and I huffed. He laughed at that. " Now cmon, get dressed and let's go. "
I nodded as Selever stood and walked out of my room, closing the door behind him. I got up and went to my closet, grabbing one of the few outfits I had.

Okay back to the story.

I put on the outfit in the very right of my closet (outfit above). I slipped on my boots on and walked out of the room, looking around for Sel.
" Rar. "
I barely stopped myself from shrieking as I quickly turned.
Well I guess I found him.
" seLEvEr! "
" Whaaaattt? I couldn't help myself. " Selever smirked and I crossed my arms.
" Well let's get going then- " I started walking to the door, Selever walking beside me.
We opened the small door at the side of the church that was by our living space (so much more convenient than the giant church doors up front), though of course this door was pretty tall because of the height of Selever and Ruv.
We started walking. Down the sidewalk. Past a few houses. Past the burnt remains. Past a park. Past a guy with light brown hair. Past-
Wait, a guy with light brown hair?!
I suddenly halted, quickly turning to look at the guy. He was staring at us- No- He was staring at me.
" Shit- Selever keep going- and preferably faster- " I buried beside him again and ushered him to go faster.
" Eh? What's the r- "
" Hey Y/N! "
I froze and very slowly turned around.
" hhHhEy cAlviNnn... " Selever turned and stood right behind me. Calvin didn't seem to pay very much attention to him, or even notice him yet.
" Where've you been? I saw your house and got so incredibly worried- why didn't you come to me? "
" Well- I uhm- didn't want to burden you-! So- "
" Oh you'd never burden me, Y/N. Come now. We're going home. " He grabbed my wrist, really hard. I winced and tried to pull away.
Calvin refused, starting to drag me away. I suddenly felt a hand on my shoulder, and I heard a deep growl. Calvin turned and froze.
3rd Person POV:
Selever stood behind Y/N, towering over both them and Calvin. The sun was shining behind him so he just looked like a silhouette behind Y/N. his eyes glowed a neon pink, and they made him look p i s s e d .
Selever slowly spread his wings at his side.
" Leave. "
Calvin let go of Y/N's hand and ran away. Selever growled and folded his wings behind him again. He glanced down at Y/N, who was holding their wrist and whimpering.
" ...I'll have my mom look at that for you, okay? "
Y/N nodded slightly.
" Now cmon. We're going back home. " The somewhat angry demon led Y/N home. Y/N stuck close all the way there.
Selever wasn't gonna be happy with Calvin ever again.
