Chapter 65: Just A Little Date

Lizzie’s P.O.V

“You ready?” I asked.

“I’m freakin nervous!” Eric said.

“Don’t worry. Shes gonna say yes” I said.

“Hopefully” Eric said sighing.

“When is she coming?” I asked.

“Um she should be here- Oh here she is!” Eric said.

“Hey” Vanessa said.

I waved.

They hugged and Eric kissed her cheek.

“So can you tell me why i am here?” She said.

“Just a little date that I helped plan.” I said.

“Us too!” The lads yelled from behind.

“Yeah yeah” I said.

Vanessa chuckled.

“Alright. Get going you love birds” I said.

“Thanks” Eric said.

I waved at them.

They left and i turned to the lads.

“Alright. Go get ready!” I said.

We rushed over to the place where my plan is.

Eric’s P.O.V

“Alright. Close your eyes” I said.

Vanessa closed her eyes.

I held onto her hand and guided her over to the hot air balloon.

We stepped inside.

I nodded for the guy with us that was in charge of it to start the hot air balloon.

Once we were up in the air I whispered “Open your eyes” to Vanessa.

She opened them and gasped.

“ERIC! You know I’m afraid of heights” She said hugging me.

“That why I am here to protect you” I said.

I wrapped my arm around her waist.

I nodded for the guy to take us above where Liz and the lads are.

“Vanessa?” I said.

“Yeah” she said.

“I know we only have dated for two years now. But I really really really love you. You make me happy when I’m in my worst moods. You were there for me when I didn’t have my sister with me. We can talk about anything and I love that. I love how we can be ourselves around each other. I really do see my future ahead of me. And you're in it with me” I said.

She broke the hug and looked into my eyes.

I saw the guy nod telling me we are here.

“Look down” I whispered.

Vanessa looked down.

Her eyes grew wide and she covered her mouth.

Tears started forming in her eyes.

I went down on one knee and took out the box with the ring.

Vanessa looked at me and gasped.

“Vanessa. I love you so much. You are the love of my life. Will you do me the honour of becoming my wife?” I said opening the box.

She nodded speechless.

I smiled big.

I put the ring on her.

I stood up and kissed her.

This is the best day of my life.

Lizzie’s P.O.V

“HURRY! They are almost here!” I yelled.

“Everything is all set!” Louis yelled.

I smiled.

I saw the hot air balloon just above us.

I saw Vanessa look down at us.

I smiled up at her.

We put some big rocks on the ground spelling “WIll You Marry Me, Vanessa?” really big.

I really love it when people ask someone to marry them in really cute ways!

Soon the hot air balloon came down.

They both came out.

Vanessa was crying tears of joy.

I ran to them and hugged them.

“I’m gonna become an auntie soon right?” I said.

Eric hit my arm.

“Sorry. I can’t wait” I said.

“Liz? Would you like to be my maid of honour?” Vanessa asked me.

My eyes grew wide.

“YESH!” I yelled hugging her.

She laughed and hugged me back.

*Awhhh!

Liz wants to become an auntie really bad!
