Jacobs' body felt weightless like he was floating in water; he heard no sound and he saw nothing but white.
He was standing and looking around to find if he can see anything. He looked at his body checking himself; he can't remember anything from when he was stabbed by the blight.
"Jacob," he heard a deep echoed voice, it sounded familiar.
"Who's there? Where are you?" he said looking around and suddenly a black shadowed figure began to appear. He was big and looked like was wearing an armour, but Jacob couldn't tell since the shadow made it hard. He also couldn't see the face.
"Jacob, do you know who I am?" the voice asked.
"I do, but I can't recall."
"My name is Gellador. I am the Spirit Walker God and since you were born I chose you to be my Guardian," Gellador informed Jacob.
Jacob was speechless and asked "Spirit Walker? I thought there couldn't be any Guardians or never was one?".
The black figure just stood there motionless. "Well that's not entirely true. You can train to be one like the others that can be trained for their gods, but for me you have to be chosen by me. You must hold unbelievable power for me to notice you," Gellador continued. "But you have had power since you were young, especially on the night when your mother died and you were able to see and talk to her spirit."
Jacob still stood there, "then what's the power I hold?" he asked.
"Don't worry, Jacob. All will be revealed in due time, but you must learn to control it," Gellador stated and continued "but so far, you did manage to summon one of my arms and it is named 'The Blade of Spirits'. It spawns an energy that looks like Blue Fire, but it is actually the flow of spirits collected."
Jacob was trying to process the information he had just gained.
The black figure finally moved lifting his right arm up, came closer to Jacob without moving his legs and placed his hand on Jacob's head.
"Now it is time for you to awake."
Jacob felt a screaming pain shoot through his head. He couldn't hold it in anymore and let out a howling scream.
He woke up screaming. Trion rushed over to him grabbing his shoulders "calm down, lad" he said. Jacob was still screaming and hastily moving about as all his memories rushed back into him.
Jacob was not calming. He was panicking with no idea of what actually happened or where he was.
The Grand Enchantress stood in front of his bed. She slightly pulled down her dress showing the top of her left breast that exposed the symbol of the Spellbinder, which was a circled star with a crescent moon around it.
She tapped the symbol on her breast with the finger where her ring sat. She pulled out some energy and it quickly stored in the ring; she put her arm out and flexed her hand out. The stored energy dispersed into some sort of gas, "calm boy," she said. Jacob started to relax and lied back down on the bed.
"Trion, what happened?" Jacob managed to ask.
"Don't worry, lad. I'll explain what I saw, but we need you to tell us what you remember. Can you stand, lad?" Trion said followed by a question.
"I... I can try," Jacob replied.
"Splendid, now lets get on with the tour," the Grand Enchantress said happily.
Jacob let out a slight smirk while looking at the woman. As she was walking to the door, he thought, 'Who is she?' She looks young and beautiful and has a body of a woman in her twenties, but he sensed something odd.
She opened the door and held out her right hand, "let's go then, my lovely," she said with a flirty smile.
