I heard Yuji exclaim
"Inumaki-senpai is a fast runner"
I looked over at Megumi and nodded at his words
Yuji was up next
While Yuji is batting, I figured it's about time to prepare for my little plan
I opened my palm as my Rubik's cube appeared
"What are you doing?"
Megumi asked, looking at my action
"Making the game a little more interesting and fair"
Without looking at him, I start replacing my Rubik's cube
"Your turn"
Megumi reminded me, I look up to see Yuji already on base
Walking towards where Gojo-sensei is, I carefully hide my Rubik's cube by my side
The white side is already completed
"Sensei, please hold this for me"
Knowing Gojo-sensei will be standing close enough to me for me to activate my curse energy
He immediately get what I meant as he take the Rubik's cube, smirking
"That's exactly why you're my favourite student"
I smirked back before walking in the batter's box, holding the bat up, ready to hit the ball
My bat came in contact with the ball, making it flew the same way Maki-senpai did
"Wind Manipulation: Flow"
I quietly muttered, looking at the ball, before running onto the first base
The ball changed direction in the last second, it took Nishimiya by surprise, she fails to catch the ball
Controlling the direction the ball is going until both Inumaki-senpai and Yuji reached the last base
I stopped using my curse energy, letting the ball drop onto the ground and start sprinting as fast as I can
A little bit further from the last base, I see Inumaki-senpai waiting for me with his arms open
Knowing what he's waiting for, my legs ran faster
I am a fast runner myself therefore I managed to reach the last base before they caught me out
But I didn't stop running until I reached the embrace of Inumaki-senpai
My lips curled up into a smile at the comforting scent of mint
Inumaki-senpai hugged me back as tight
"Well done"
He whispered in my ears, making my smile went wider
Behind me, I heard Nishimiya scoffed
I'm pretty sure she has something towards Inumaki-senpai
My thoughts were cut by the loud voice of Gojo-sensei
I pulled away from Inumaki-senpai to face my sensei
He gave me back my Rubik's cube while gathering everyone around
"So, The 30th Annual Kyoto Goodwill Event has a winner, congratulations to Tokyo High!"
We shared some high-fives between us, celebrating the victory
Gojo-sensei then came closer to us
"Congrats, tonight I shall hold a party at the common room celebrating our victory! And all of you are granted to have a day off tomorrow because I'm the best teacher!"
We all smiled at each other before agreeing to the party
"Perfect, tonight, at 8.30 p.m, make sure y'all dressed up okay"
Mr Blindfold can be an amazing teacher from time to time
