After Pragya left MK mansion but in this twist she left with Pranbir and Arhana. That's when she was hit by a truck. Arhana and Pranbir quickly rushed her to the hospital. After some moments a girl around the age of 27 came. When the girl saw Prachi she became emotional and immediately hugged her
Prachi: uh do I know you
The girl wiping her tears: yes
After some hours, Pragya was okay
Girl: um doctor can I see her
Doc: are you a family member
Girl: yes I am her daughter
Pranbir and Arhana were shocked and that made Prachi realise that the girl was Kiara her older sister

I came here a year before, then I met aunt Disha, she gave me a place to stay after 8 months of staying there aunt Disha found out that I was Kiara, then she told me about how bad things were after I left, she told me that you and Mr Mehra separated soon after I left, then I was feeling guilty of hating you all those years and so wanted to come back but then she told me not now because that's when Mr Mehra was charged of rape by Tanu and that it wasn't safe for me to come back. I then started to investigate the matter and I found out Alia had helped Tanu to get married to Mr Mehra and I also found out Alia and Tanu turned Rhea against you. And now when I want to come back to you I find out that Mr Mehra had again ousted you from his house, I was furious at him, then also found out Mr Singh was behind my kidnapping. I'm so sorry mom
Pragya: why are you saying sorry, you didn't do anything wrong, it was just a misunderstanding
They all have a tearful reunion, after got discharged they booked tickets to Australia to start a new life
