Sky's POV:
It was just like every other day. Well it seemed like that. I didn't know that it was possibly the last day of my life. People walked through the door and only glanced in my direction. No second looks.
It was nearly the end of the day by now and still no one had bought me. The hmmowner of the shop walked up to me and smiled showing his crooked teeth. "Only one more hour now kitten." I frowned not knowing what he meant by that. I just shrugged it off not really caring. He stuck a piece of paper on my cage and walked off smirking. Whatever. A bell ringed indicating that someone had entered the shop. I slumped back into the corner of the cage and waited. I saw some figures stop out the front of my cage. I looked up and saw 5 pairs of eyes staring at me.
"I think she's the one."
