As you can see only the royal family have powers, due to the royal family wanting them to only have them. Okay so the Seraphina royal family is purely Seraphina no cross elements. They will only have fire powers. It's the same for all the countries. If Air and Water mix, I.e Lilith their powers will be frost If air and fire mix their powers will be lightening If air and earth mix, they will be about levitate small portions of earth and raise the earth If earth and water mix they powers will be all around clay and being able to make stuff out of clay like tools. If earth and fire mix their powers will be magma If fire and water mix well since they are polar opposites they have both but their powers are weaker
An Haizea royal will have pointed elf like ears and wings, someone who is mix of an air will not have both but will only have either the ears or wings
It's very rare for a non royal to have elemental powers but it's an phenomenon that can happen. The persons powers will be very weak but they have powers none the less. They are most common in Haizea and Syrinx
