I didn't even give the last text a second thought before sending it. And I didn't read it over either. And so when I read it after I had sent it and it had been delivered, I instantly began to curse at myself out loud.
"Shit, shit, shit, shit, fuck." I stared at the two xx at the end of the text with wide eyes. "I'm an idiot!" I yelled at myself, wishing the ground would swallow me hole. I instantly turned my phone off and tried to not over think it. It was such a British thing to put kisses at the end of a message and I was so used to doing it with everyone I knew, but I had known Lando for just over a week. So to me it seemed a bit weird to be putting kisses at the end of a text message. But I'm an idiot and did so anyway without thinking first. I felt so comfortable talking to him, I forgot momentarily that I had only known him for a week. I didn't check to see if he had text me back and instead made my way into the kitchen to set up the stuff I would be using to cook with and washed my hands. Florence and I had been doing this for about nine months now. Every week, normally on a Tuesday, but it depends on our schedules, we would FaceTime in the evening and cook our meals together while catching up. And we tended to also film for instagram stories which my followers, and hers, seemed to love.

Do you prefer the text messages to be in this layout? As photos?
I went back and made the text messages from chapter eleven in this format too. Personally I think it looks cooler and easier to read but please tell me your opinions.
