A lot of things have changed rosa and mike are still dating w Lucas and max your probably think what did billy do well he did thin about getting rosa but he saw how happy she was with Steve and he may be mean but he wanted what was best for his daughter so he see her on The week end and she stays in max room witch her and max love mostly because they got to redecorate and the bunk beds and steve move in to his own house with rosa and it a one floor house her rooms right next to his and is across from the living room ( at the top there a video of her from at Steve and Billy's and the house) and he let her decorate it the way she wanted
