Harry Potter was stalking the Hogwarts corridors late at night when he came across something rather peculiar. Draco Malfoy was on his way back to the Slytherin common room and Harry had this genius, stupid idea. Under his cloak, he followed Draco into his common room. The dark room was illuminated by a melancholy flame, the rain hitting the windows like a bullet piercing glass. A shiver went down Harry's spine, but it was not because of the cold. He crept to the sofa where Draco was sitting next to Blaise and Pansy.
"Do you think he knows?" Whispered Draco, his cheeks crimson despite the chill in the room.
"He thinks you hate him, of course he doesn't know" exclaimed Pansy.
"You never know, he might find this bad boy attitude sexy" mocked Blaise.
"No need to be sarcastic Zabini" Draco replied, attempting, and failing, to keep his voice steady. "Do you think I should tell him?"
"Tell you're mortal enemy you love him?" laughed Pansy, who finds Draco's embarrassment amusing.
Harry was too confused, and rather oblivious to what was going on. He tried to sneak out of the dungeons and back to his bed but before he could make it to the door he knocked over a lamp, smashing to the ground with a loud crash. Harry stood there, too shocked to move. As Draco made his way towards the shattered glass, Harry ran towards the door, leaving the three Slytherins confused in their common room.
