Shadow Girl

The first time we saw her.

Ding ding ding ding, the bell went off. It was the end of third period, Vladimir, (shortish kid well shorter than me with parrot hair, gauges, and snake bites), and I (my name is Charles, tall, handsome, and full on manly man with amazing hair and eyes of a god), shared a guitar class together. At the end of said class, Vladimir said to me one day, "hey Charles, I don't want to go to fourth period, let's skip?" So we left school and just started walking, we saw Ruben (sweaty, oily ninth grader with a dumb hat), Vladimir's best friend, they have known each other since first grade. Ruben said "let's go to the park!" Vladimir and I looked at each other lovingly and said "Okay". We walked to the park that was across from the super market, I found a bunch of rubber bands on the way, when we got there we noticed 4 swings, we sat down taking 3 swings up and began to swing on them. We notice that the extra swing is well swinging; we thought nothing of it at first. The swinging became more vigorous. It was odd but Ruben said "just the wind, right?" We all just nodded. But then the wind stopped, the swing continued to swing for minutes on end and then we noticed it. A shadow, it appeared to be of a girl wearing a hat that had balls on it, was on the swing. We looked at the swing and no one was there, but the shadow was there on the ground. We slowly got up and went home. We came back the next day and saw it again, we just turned around and left, but she followed us. We all go to taco banaza; we haven't realized that she was following us yet. We all went to the bathroom, we haven't been home all day, while in the bathroom, for some reason Vladimir had his pants off. I notice the mirror had fogged up and said "I like your butt, Take your pants off." I looked at Vladimir and said to him "if you wanted it, all you had to do was ask." I began to do as he asked but then...
The mirror said "nah, only the vampire bud." It was almost instantly I knew what was going on, shadow girl was here.
I left the bathroom, I knew what was about to happen. Vladimir and Ruben's screams filled the air; I went back in and saw it. Vladimir has been turn into a vampire and Ruben, A Neko. They were slowly waking up and started freaking out. I punched them both out and took them back to my dark and gloomy cave for the night. I noticed the cat like ears and tail on Ruben. I looked at Vladimir and he was pale so I pried open his mouth, and notices some of the biggest teeth I have ever saw, I blushed. I stroked his hair until he awoke in confusion. He told me "I feel cold". I held him and told him "Don't worry you are just going under a change."
"I'm thirsty" he said, So I offered him my neck, he was surprised of how good my juices tasted, black sludge dripped from his mouth, he was confused that my blood wasn't red, I explain to him that I was actually dead, but my blood would not harm him and told him to continue to drink until he was satisfied. He was too hungry ask questions, he continued to drink. Ruben awoke and started freaking out in the corner confused of what was going on, I threw my shoe at him. It hit his tail and he saw his tail. He ran around in circles tiring to chase it. He then freaked, "why in the love of Hades do I have a tail?", "great question" I said, "let's go". I stood up with Vladimir dangling from my neck, I grabbed Ruben by his tail and went to the hole in the back of my cave, it was the portal to the underworld. It's like my hometown. We landed next to Hades' house," he's my bud" (Indian guy with glasses and short hair with brownish skin)," We go far back." He saw me through the window and yelled "CHARLES, WANT SOME TEA?" With a grin I said "Sure".
I took the two up to his living room where he poured us the finest tea in all the worlds. "Hades, my bud, we have two new ones." Gesturing towards Vladimir and Ruben "They were turned by you know who. I need to explain everything, can you do it? You know almost as much as me" I sip my tea "Also I got to visit mama." Hades arched his glasses and smiles his smiley smile and leans into the two and says "Sure". I leave. I'm not really going to Mama's; I just want some potato bread. When I got my potato bread I sat outside the window and ate while listening as Hades explained everything to the boys, after sometime I jump through the window and sit down. Hades said "That was fast" I said "meh, potato bread." we both nodded. I look at Vladimir and ask him, "Do you understand now?" He is crying, so I comfort him. Ruben was also crying but I'm too busy for all that. "Hey Hades, they sure are crying a lot, what did you tell them exactly?" He looks at me and said, "I told them the truth, Vladimir, dead as hell. Ruben, you're a pussy."
I told Vladimir, "don't worry, it's ok, you are a vampire now, just keep crying if you want." I tell Ruben, "yeah, and you... Just as he said, you're a pussy. That's all. Not really a big change. Hey Hades I got to go, cast us out please." Hades touches us on our foreheads and said "Seaya bruh" and we pop back up in my cave. I told the two that they are sleeping here tonight.
I watch Vladimir as he sleeps. Ruben slept in the corner with his tail is swinging around. I lay there as time passes watching Vladimir. He looks absolutely stunning as he sleeps. It's almost breakfast time, good thing I still have some cat nip. I slit my throat filling up a cup for Vladimir. They wake up and are happy to see me; I take them to the dining room and feed them." It's almost time for school, get ready" I said. We change into some clothes I bought from Hades, Ruben tried to put on his hat but it hurts his ears. He said "I will be right back" he went into the kitchen and then after about ten minutes he comes back. "Look, my hat fits now", he had cut holes in his hat for his ears. It doesn't look to bad, but meh. Before leaving the cave I handed Vladimir a black umbrella so he would be affected by the sun. We fly to school using Marcus, my pet dragon. We're late to school, because there was a detour and Marcus had to take a shit. We just made it to Third period; we walked to class and got goggled at by everyone. The door hit Ruben 5 times in the face (Doors don't like him), we sat in guitar class and I start playing the song of my people. Ruben was playing with his tail. And Vladimir was biting the strings on his guitar. Everyone in the guitar class was staring at Ruben's tail.
"Ruben, come here". He walked close to me and I gestured him to turn around. I grabbed his tail and stuffed it down his pants.
The teacher walks in and starts yelling at Ruben "RUBEN, HOW MANY TIME DO I HAVE TO TELL YOU NOT TO WEAR YOUR HAT IN THE CLASSROOM! TAKE IT OFF!" Ruben nervously said "I can't, Vladimir glued my hat to my head" She observed us as Vladimir nodded in agreement to Rubens' statement. "Fine" She said as she walked over to another group of students. We sighed in relief. "That was a close one" said Ruben, Vladimir just shrugged.
After quite some time everything went cold, time seemed to have froze everything around us was still. A reddish Indian aura appeared on the wall, Hades' head popped through. He glanced over at me and said with a questionable look "How are the two of them adjusting?"
"Just look at them, they are doing not so bad"
As we spoke I heard a noise coming from across the room near the chalkboard, words began to form on it "They are both still idiots. But ERMERGERD, Look at Vlad's booty doe"
Vladimir was then patted on the butt. He confusingly turned around and noticed me; He smiled, winking in my direction. I flirtatiously waved at him.
Hades Construed sending his brain waves to mine. "Aye myan, I just finessed your mind bruh, anyway, I got some word to do in a few minutes, you should tag along. Show them the ropes of our work." I agreed. Hades flashed us to Canadie
Hades reached in his pocket pulling out a list. The list consisted of names of the recently departed that we must harvest souls from. One name on this list caught my eye. "Starr". I look at Hades and firmly said "I will take care of this one". I grab the two by their arms Jumping high into the air, I land next to Starr (A Short, petite girl with black hair and a septum ring.). I landed with such force it cracked the concrete around me. She looked up at me. "You... You're that asshole who put her in a coma! What the hell are you doing here?" I chuckled and said "Hey now, is that anyway to talk to an old biddy? It was an accident after all, she didn't open the door. And it's your birthday. So be happy." "What do you mean it's my birthday, ya hoe?" She said with a curious tone "You are about to be born again" I smiled I know how painful this process is but "She" would have wanted this for Starr So at that moment I shoved my hand through Starr's chest, She screamed in pain as I ripped her heart out placing a little piece of mine own, She fainted out. After I was finished we parted ways with Hades and returned to my cave.
Vladimir was puzzled and said "Starr mentioned early something about a girl, who is she and why is she in a coma?"
"In due time you will learn" I replied.
Starr slowly awakens confusedly looks about her surrounding till she noticed me and became angry I try to calm her down with tea. I began to explain to her how she is now my undead servant, destined to work in my cave forever. She became furious and threw her cup at me "I'm no one's servant, bitch!" She tries to storm out but the link binding us as master and servant prevents it. Ruben shaking his finger in her direction "temper, temper" He said jokingly. Starr turned around and punched him in the face. He dropped like a sack of potatoes. "Oowww, why did you hit me?" Ruben cried. "Cause, I don't like you! And what are you suppose to be anyway? Cat -man? I am sure that is copyrights. Charles, am I going to be around this Idiot a lot?" She said with an annoyed tone. I replied "Better make friends with these two, your best friend chose them to join us. Soooo... Get used to it" She crossed with arms and exhaled hard with a grim look.
It was being to get late so Vladimir headed home. He lied in his bed, staring off at his ceiling then it hit him, hunger. He crept out of his room and down his stairs to his kitchen to look for food. He sighed in disappointment because he wasn't able to find something to satisfy his thirst. He slammed the fridge closed making a loud noise causing his dog to bark loudly."Shut up!" Vladimir snarled. But the barking increased. He lunged at his dog ripping open its pelvis, the dog yelped until it was still. Vladimir's mom awoke from the entire ruckus. She came down to find her son with the dog intestines dangling from his mouth "oh my god, Vladimir. What have you done?" She said with a petrified look on her face. He giggled with the organs still in his mouth and said "Bath salts." He then rushed up leaping towards her. With a crocked grin he forced his hand through her chest "You should have never bitched when I got my lips pierced." And at that moment he ripped out her heart, she slid down the wall leaving a trail of blood. He bit into it. "Humph, it's cold. Like you." He was still hungry there is only one person left. His older brother...Barrel
Vladimir wends his way back up the steps and down the hall to a room across from his own. He sneaked his way inside finding his brother is still fast asleep, He crawled into bed with him. Vladimir quickly unfastens Barrel's pants, sliding them down. As he slowly caresses his thighs up to Barrel's genitals, He forcibly grabs a hold of it. He began to lick the tip working his mouth completely around the shaft. Barrel slowly woke in a daze and sleepily said "Babe? I thought you went home? "At that moment Vladimir bit down tearing the flesh apart at the base as Barrel shouted in distress, Vladimir leaned up spitting his penis out on to the floor. He grasped Barrel's face looking deep into his eyes with a cold stare. "It's tasted like chicken." Vladimir then kissed him and with a sucking motion Vladimir sucked Barrel's tongue into his mouth, biting down ripping it out, He swallowed it.
Vladimir reached for the pack of cigarettes beside him on the end table lighting one. He exhaled the smoke and said "What a mess." Vladimir threw the still light cigarette onto the bed and left the house in a hurry.
Vladimir rushed back to Charles' Cave. He roams around until he found Charles' room
Vladimir swiftly enters the room; He lied down beside me on the bed. I awoke from the shift in the mattress to find Vladimir shaking, I pulled Vladimir into me holding him tightly, and I caress Vladimir's face softly saying "Shh My child it will all be okay soon". Vladimir shivered clinging to me, gazing into my eyes. I notice the hurt and regret in them as he spoke "How can you be so sure?" I grinned and said "Because you're with me now." I yawned. "Goodnight Vlad."
