Saw his character and immediately had an idea of a flirty woman with a signature large fancy hat.

That's what inspired me to write this.
He's not even that attractive. It's his outfit that I like. Very stylish. Those earrings are just such a nice touch to his character and I legit want his boots.
Okay I'm kinda joking. I actually really love his sly, mischievous personality. He teases everyone without shame and his reactions to their reactions are funny. He's playful and I love it.
