January 4 2021 is a day that will leave me a hatred scar in my life
The day.... that they arrested my dad
Just for driving without a license.

The only thing I can remember is that my mom received a call from her friend telling her that my dad got caught by immigration police...

He was just trying to go to work.

And then, my mom broke down
She told me "mijita, they arrested ur dad... "

He was just going to fucking work.

I... well I was trying to be strong but I would go to my room lock myself there and just fucking cry.

HE WAS JUST GOING TO WORK
