Hello! This is a reverse au, so both Nezuko and Tanjiro's roles are swapped. None of the other characters roles will be changed. I'm not too sure on how some of the characters will act in certain parts of the story, so it would be nice to get some f...
Nezuko starred at the boulder with wide eyes. She heard footsteps behind her, she slowly turned and saw Urokodaki. Nezuko moved away from the boulder as Urokodaki got closer. He placed his hand on the boulder and starred at it. "Mr Urokodaki....I did it..." Her voice sounded surprised but calm. Urokodaki took his hand of the boulder and turned around. "You...did it..." Nezuko stayed silent. "I didn't believe you would be able to cut through the boulder... I had no intention in sending you to the final selection." Nezuko's eyes widened. It hurt to hear that from him, even though she had also thought the same. The pain slowly left her as she realized something. She had proven someone wrong, Urokodaki...and herself. (I'm not stuck in the same place...I'm growing stronger.) "I didn't want to see anymore children die...I honestly didn't believe you would cut through the boulder..." He turned around. "Well done Nezuko, your truly remarkable." She starred at the ground, processing his words. Her eyes watered. She hugged Urokodaki tightly and began to cry. Urokodaki stayed still, stunned. "...Thank you..."
Nezuko was sitting on her knees, her eyes shining. Both her and Urokodaki were sitting by the cooking pot. Urokodaki stirred the pot with a wooden ladle, making sure everything was cooked. Below the pot and by the fire were fish being grilled. The delicious aroma filled the room. Inside the pot were diced pieces of chicken, bundles of enoki mushrooms, spinach, and onions. Urokodaki used his wooden ladle to serve the broth, meat and veggies into a bowl. He then handed it to Nezuko. A little startled she took it. "W-What's the occasion? You made so much food!" She asked as she looked down at the bowl. It all smelled delicious and too be honest, she was starving. "You've completed your training, so we're celebrating. Go on, eat. Enjoy your meal." He said. Nezuko smiled brightly. "Thank you, it all looks so good!" She happily began to eat. Urokodaki was happy to see her smile but he couldn't help but feel guilty. From this point on, she would be facing unimaginable hardships, making her training seem like nothing in comparison.

Nezuko sat by her sleeping brother's side as she brushed her hair. She looked down at him and layed her head on his chest. She liked listening to his heart beat, it reassured her that he was alive and well. "Nezuko." She looked up and saw Urokodaki by the door. "Come here for a second."
