You said letting the mist flow from your hands

Arlo stepped forwards a smile on his face

"Why won't you just die?"

You said getting into your stance

He laughed and shrugged

"Not until I get what I want"

He said pointing to your heart

You looked down confused

"My heart?"

You said raising an eyebrow

He nodded

"But not your love no no I want what's in your heart"

He said as he pulled a knife from his coat pocket

"What are you talking about?"

You said stepping closer to him

He smiled devilishly at you

"You're stalling"

You said walking towards him

You saw the fear in his eyes as he walked backwards

You knew he was playing you

Placing your finger on your earpiece you smiled

"Hello?"

You said waiting for a response

Smiling even bigger you laughed

"Yeah?"

You said dropping your defense

"On our way"

Tony said as he clicked the earpiece into his ear

Returning to your present

You turned to Arlo who was standing with his hand on his hip staring at you

"You aren't the best super hero person are you?"

He said tilting his head

You shrugged

"At least I'm not you"

You said smiling

He rolled his eyes

"Sure"

He said reaching into his pocket

You knew he couldn't shock you you didn't have a collar

But the fear was still there

Just because the thing that hurt you isn't there doesn't mean it doesn't make you fear the worst

The fear in you slowly grew as he reached for his pocket

Then suddenly the commander came up behind you putting a knife to your throat

"Finally"

Arlo said rolling his eyes

You sighed and stomped your feet like a child

"Come on please don't do the whole speech thing"

You said whining like a two year old

Arlo walked up to you took the knife he was holding and started to twirl it around

"If you don't give me what I want your friend dies"

Your eyes widened and you froze

You heard shuffling as the door at the end of the hallway opened

"Loki!"

You said as the men drug him in the room

They drug him by his arms on the floor

He was unconscious

One of the men kicked him in the side to wake him

He slowly opened his eyes and sat up

The men were holding him down as he spotted you

His eyes got wide

"Y/n?"

He said fear in his eyes

"Ah yes we found him on the perimeter looking for you"

Arlo said smiling

"So we quickly sedated him and brought him here"

He said quickly

You looked at Loki's face

"Okay.."

You said dropping your guard

"Whatever you want.."

You said tears daring to escape your eyes

Loki's eyes got even wider

"What? No!"

He said as the men drug you away

You both made eye contact one last time before you sent him a message

You said tears dripping down your face

All that was there was a bed a table and a dim lamp

You sat on the bed and cried

Hoping he would keep his word And leave Loki alone

Suddenly the door opened and in he walked Arlo

He smiled down at you sitting on the bed

You looked up at him as your eyes turned pink

"No no I have them on stand by darling if I give the word they kill him"

He's lying

You froze in place as you stared up at Arlo
