Pancakes & Sirup

You guys asked and you guys shall receive

After many laughs and funny moments we had decided on the sleeping situation

We were all going to sleep in eddie's room since it's the biggest room out of the children's rooms

It was like this-

We all settle in and sit lay down and not long after we all fall asleep

In the middle of the night I wake up to the sound of whimpering and crying

"Huh" I say sleepily as I sit up

I look over my blanket to see Ducan twisting and turning

I scoot over and shake him a bit

"Ducan, Ducan wake up" I whisper softly

"Huh!" He exclaims scared as he turns to me with big eyes since he just woke up

"Hey, hey it's just me don't worry" I say softly as I have a hand on his shoulder

He just hugged me, not wanting to let go

I rubbed his back softly as he cried into my shoulder

We kinda stayed like that the whole night as we slowly fell asleep.

Not knowing that a certain pair of eyes were watching us.

*next morning*

I wake up early, as I always do which is like 5 am while I am still in a hugging position with ducan

I grab a pillow very slowly and replace it with my body and get out of my sleeping bag

I then folded my sleeping bag and put it away then I grabbed my bag and went to the bathroom

I changed
Brushed my teeth
Washed my face 
Brushed my hair

I walked out of the bathroom quietly then put my bag back in the room

I then went to the kitchen grabbed a pan, pancake mix, eggs, water, oil, a bowl, and a measuring cup

I then started making pancakes

Once I finished I heard the bedroom door open

I looked up to see Quigley rubbing his eyes

"Good Morning" i chirped

"How are you up this early, let alone with all this energy" he said yawning (I literally yawned after writing that)

"I don't know" i said while i flipped the pancakes

Quigley watched me in awe

"Do you know where the sirup is cause it isn't where it normally is?" I asked *dangggggg y/ns' wifey material*

"Um no not really, if it wasn't there then we must be out of it" said Quigley

"Can you go get some once your sister or brother wakes up, please" i said looking at him with puppy dog eyes

"Ooookkkkaaaayyyyyy" he said putting his head down

"Thank you!" I exclaimed hugging him unexpectedly well to him

"Oh! it's no problem" he said smiling
