PORK BINAGOONGAN:
INGREDIENTS: (good for 3-4)
· 2 pork chop Minced
· Oil
· 1 Egg plant
· Tomato
· Salt
· Pepper
· Onion
· Water
· bagoong
PROCEDURE:
1. Boil the pork to make it tender until fried.
2. Saute Onion, garlic(optional) , the pork, the bagoong.
3. Add ¼ cup of water, a pinch salt and pepper.
