"mitsuya..." you look at the purple headed boy who is just as confused as you are

"oh hey mitsuya" baji greets him

"oh um sorry for interrupting" mitsuya apologizes

RING RING

*incoming call from Hina*

You answer your phone call

"y/n? what're you going to wear to the shrine?" she asks you

"hm? oh hi mom! you need me to watch Natsu right now?" you lie

"y/n this is Hina?"

"mhm ok yea i'll be home right now k love you bye"

You hang up sorry Hina

"you have to go home?" Baji asks you

"yea sorry" you reply

"i'll walk you home"

"i'll walk you home"

Mitsuya and Baji say at the same time
They glare at each other.

"oh um it's okay my house is just across from here, i'll be alright, ok bye"

You get the hell outta that situation as soon as you could and dart to your room.

You call Hina and tell her to come over asap

Hina arrives

"hi y/n is everything alright? you were talking to me like i was your mom"

"yea yea anyways..." you tell Hina everything

"WHAAAAAT. Y/N YOU JUST GOT A LOVE CONFESSION GO OUT THERE AND TELL MITSUYA YOU LIKE HIM TOO!"

"hina. Baji confessed to me not Mitsuya"

"oh.... well do you like Baji?"

"no. idk. i like mitsuya but Mitsuya might not even like me"

Back to Baji's place
"so, you like y/n?" Mitsuya asks Baji

"yea. you like her too huh?"

Back to Hina and y/n
"so you like Mitsuya, but you don't know if he likes you back, so you're not going to confess to him?" Hina asks you

You nod

"So let's just find out if he likes you then" Hina suggests

"how?"

"At Drakens place, we'll play truth or dare, I'll dare Baji to kiss you. And if Mitsuya likes you, he'll probably say something"

"ok, i guess... idk if that'll work though"

"mind as well give it a shot!"

*time skip*
Day of the meetup

You do your hair, gather everyone's gifts, put on a cute winter outfit including a mini skirt. You put Mitsuya's scarf on and head out. You see Baji on his motorcycle waiting for you and he stares at you in awe. He puts a helmet on you

"you... you look nice" he blushes

"thanks, you too"

You guys get to Drakens place and all eyes are on you.

"Y/N YOU LOOK SO GOOD" Hina tells you

You compliment Hina and Emma's outfits too, and look around for Mitsuya. He arrives a little after you, and you guys stare at each other before you each get carried away by your friends.

"ok guys gather around for a game of truth or DARE" Hina tells everyone

Everyone sits in a circle and you sit next to Mitsuya and Hina.

"ok Draken, truth or dare?" Chifuyu asks Draken

"truth i guess" he replies blandly

"Is it true that you suck on DEEZ NUTS"

Chifuyu and Takemichi hold in their laughter.

"i'm gonna kill you." Draken says, spooking them a little

Everyone laughs and it gets to Baji's turn. You fidget, as your nervous for what's coming up.

"ok Baji truth or dare?" Hina asks him

"truth"

"ok. I dare you to kiss y/n"

Everyone sits in silence and Mitsuya looks unbothered yet uncomfortable at the same time.

"um i said truth-" Baji says

"just do it" Hina orders.

Baji looks at you as if he's asking for approval
You avoid eye contact and glance at Mitsuya who makes no expression.

I knew it, he doesn't care because he doesn't like me

Baji leans towards you slowly about 2 inches away from touching lips

"we need drinks" Mitsuya interrupts

You get up and say, "i'll get them"

And before Mitsuya or anyone can stop you, you leave Drakens place and head to the convenience store

You were a little heartbroken, but tried to ignore it. Just then two older men approach you

"you here alone?"

"no" you keep walking and ignore them

One grabs your arm "wait a minute, why don't you come with us and we can treat you to something nice-"

"let go of her"

You see Mitsuya place his hand on the guys shoulder.

"mitsuya?" you whisper

"man let's go, that's the Tokyo Manji gang symbol"

The two men run off and now you're left alone with Mitsuya.

"thanks" you tell him

"don't run off alone, especially in the middle of the night"

you look down, not wanting to look at him right now because of what happened back at Drakens place

"y/n" Mitsuya says

"hm?" you say still looking down

"look at me" he lifts your chin with his finger
Your face is already bright red and Mitsuya notices

"your cheeks are really red" he tells you, his cheeks are a little red himself

He then cups your cheeks just like how he did when he walked you to school that one day but this time he leans in and your lips are touching

Your stomach is filled with butterflies and you pull away after 5 seconds but he instantly pulls you back into another kiss. This time, he pulls away

"i'm in love with you y/n"
