Chapter 32: This is horrible

***Cussing***

~Y/n POV~

It's been about a week since Luca's mom told us Alberto was kidnapped and everyday since then Massimo and Giulia would go out and ask everybody if they saw what happened...sadly nobody had. The Police can't help since the matter isn't in Portorosso anymore which is fucking stupid.

Me and Luca haven't left our bed since we found out the news, We're both taking it pretty hard but especially Luca I mean that's his brother and first best friend that got kidnapped and we have no idea if Albertos alive or not. I don't tell Luca that Alberto could possibly be dead but I'm sure he knows that could be a possibility

The both of us have also barely eaten anything, for me, every time I even think about sitting down at the dinner table all I imagine is Albertos smile, his laugh, the way his Curls bounce whenever he moves and the ways his eyes glowed in the light. And it made me just want to cry knowing that I could possibly never see all those features again...I hated this feeling

I get snapped out of my thoughts though when I hear the front door open and close followed by footsteps. I sigh and look down at the sad Luca in my arms who had passed out from all the crying he's been doing

Giulia's bedroom door opens and I slowly look over to see who it is, honestly just longing for it to be Alberto even though I know it isn't him.

But as my eyes focus on the figure standing in the door way I see that it actually is Alberto. I quickly sit up, waking up Luca in the process, and rub my eyes to make sure I'm not just fucking dreaming. As I stop rubbing my eyes and they refocus I see he's still standing there, my eyes water as I stand up and walk over to me

As I get closer I place a hand over my mouth and tears begin to freely flow down my cheeks

"I-Is it actually you..?" I say and he nods while also crying

I jump into his arms as I wrap my legs around his waist and cry into his shoulder, I pull away a little to look at his face and see all the freckles that scatter his face like the sta— sorry, anchovies in the night sky. His soft curls that still bounce whenever he moves, and those electric emerald eyes that I could just get lost in and stare at for hours if he let me.

"I thought I would never see you again" I cry and he gently chuckles

"I'll always find my way back to you Amore mio" He says before deeply kissing me

I waste no time kissing him back as I interlock my fingers with the tuffs of hair he has in the back of his head, I can tell he feels the desperation in the kiss because he's giving off the same amount of it. We gently pull away and rest our foreheads together

"H-How did they find you?" I ask as I pull my head away

"Amore Mio.....they didn't find me" he says with a sad look

"What?" I ask "but you're holding me right now!" I say

Our surroundings turn into a cell like place and Alberto is pulled from my arms and chained to a wall as I'm also then chained to the wall directly across from Alberto. I hear locks unlock and then a man enters the room, he walks over to Alberto, bends down to his level and pulls out...a taser

"No! Don't hurt him!" I yell but the man can't seem to hear me

He brings the taser to Albertos stomach and holds it there for a good five minutes as it tases Alberto and he whines in pain as his eyes are shut tightly and he's crying heavily

"Leave him alone!!" I cry as the man pulls away the taser but then pulls out a pocket knife

I stare in horror as the man begins to cut Albertos arms and legs as Alberto screams and cries in pain

"NO!!" I scream as I then sit up in bed in a cold sweat

"What? What's wrong?" Luca asks as he quickly sits up and looks at me

I begin to sob as Albertos screams replay in my head over and over

"Babe! What's wrong?! Did you have a nightmare?" Luca asks as he pulls me into his lap and rubs my back while kissing the top of my head

"I...I had a n-nightmare that....A-Alberto w...was being a-abuser by his kidn-napers..." I manage to say through sobs and Luca holds me tighter

"He's okay Y/n, he's ok......besides he's one tough son of a bitch" Luca says as he runs my arms and kiss my cheeks repeatedly, trying to calm me down

"I-It was Horrible" I cry and Luca just shushes me as he begins to rock side to side

"It's ok....it was just a nightmare" Luca whispers

"But it felt so real!" I whimper as I look up at him

He gives me a sympathetic look before sighing

"It wasn't real Principessa, trust me on that" He says and I nod

"How about me watch a movie to help clear your mind?" He suggests and I again nod, he throws his legs over the side of the bed with me still in his lap then stands up so he's carrying me bridal style

When we get downstairs and put on one of my favorite movies and cuddle up on the couch before we both eventually feel asleep

~Time Skip~

I wake up to...Giulia yelling?

I open my eyes and take a look at my surroundings to see Luca's still asleep with tear stained cheeks

"He cried himself to sleep last night, probably waited till I fell asleep" I think to myself as I gently and quickly kiss his lips then turn towards the kitchen where I see Giulia standing at the door arguing with someone

I stand up and walk closer until I heard a voice I honestly never thought I'd hear

"Ercole....?"
