TVA 🌿 LOKI (SPOILERS)

'You can't do this! I haven't done anything!' You argue.

'But you will... in the future..' The lady answers.

You look around for anything to your aid. Or anyone. You need to get out of this. You can't leave Loki behind and get erased forever when you haven't done anything.

Then you spot him. 'LOKI!' You yell struggling against their grip. 'LOKI!'

He doesn't seem to hear you at all. You use your power to blast both the guards away. But as soon as you want to do it with the lady, something wraps around your wrist. Your power ebbs away, much to your confusion.

'No... no.. LOKI! LOKI HELP ME!'

'Are you okay?' Sylvie asks concerned, you seem dazed, which is understandable.

You sigh. 'No.'

'No I'm not okay...' you admit. 'They lied to me...'

'Take a deep breath.. this is a lot to take in... I know that.. I saw what they did...' She kneels in front of you.

There is the irony. Staring right back at you. Apparently you have the power to make every Loki variant compassionate towards you, even if they don't remember you.

'He won't remember me... nobody from my past life will because they reset the timeline... you were right..'

'I wish I wasn't... truly...' Sylvie responds. She knows all too well how this must feel. To be taken by the TVA and erased from existence.

'But we need you to help stop the TVA and whoever is behind it...'

Your fist clenches. Then you remember, the bracelet is still around your wrist. You rip it off like a bandaid.

'I don't want to stop them...' you flex your fingers, the now familiar red glow reappears. 'I want to burn them to the ground...'

'Oh my...' Sylvie stands up again.

'They didn't only erase all the memories from the people around me... they blocked my powers. Those would've prevented them from taking my own memories...' You stand up yourself.

You're about to continue speaking when Mobius and Loki rush in. Your suck in a breath as Loki and you make eye contact.

'What is going on here?' Mobius asks watching your hands.

'They lied... to all of us... we are variants, we all had our lives..' you swallow the lump in your throat. You can't look at Loki without feeling like you're going to crash to the floor. So you focus on Mobius instead.

'I'm from Asgard...' you admit. 'I am a goddess where I'm from...or where I was from.. they erased my existence.. and I'm sure they did it to you as well...'

'So all this time...' Mobius says defeated. 'They pretended they made us...'

'Yes... I had my suspicions, like why u had a bracelet nobody else did.. or why I had a ring attached to my necklace... I don't think they even bothered to try and cover anything up... I wouldn't remember anyway...'

'So what now?'

'We stop them..' Sylvie interjects, hijacking the conversation.

As Mobius and Sylvie engage in a conversation, Loki can't help but stare at you as he makes his way across the room. 'You're from Asgard...' he speaks up.

'You're like Sylvie, taken from your timeline...'

'Yes..' you simply answer, still avoiding his gaze.

'What is it?'

'It wasn't just my timeline... it was ours...' you finally lock eyes with him after avoiding his gaze.  'I don't want to lie to you, so that's why I am telling you now...'

'What do you mean ours?'

'You and I... we were engaged when they took me... they erased everyone's memory of me... including yours...' your eyes water. Tears reaching the surface.

'Make me remember...' it's a command. A soft one.

'What?'

'Make me remember... I have a hunch that your power can make me remember...'

'O-okay..' you stutter before bringing your now shaking hands up to his neck, just the way Sylvie did.

Mobius seems to be the one to notice it first, he stops talking which makes Sylvie turn around. 'What is she doing?'

'Trying to make him remember...'

You close your eyes and focus on the memories. You don't register anything else happening, but Sylvie sees Loki's frown deepen. She sees the wall breaking down because she's seen it with you mere moments ago.

It's no wonder her enchantment didn't work on him. Only you have that ability. The ability to enchant him, to make him remember.

She read about it when she was young. About true soulmates and whatnot. She now realises why the TVA must've taken this version of you. You and Loki would cause too much chaos together.

And Loki's are destined to lose, that's one of the most important things about a Loki variant that makes them lol the same.

But judging by the expression change on Loki's face, he will be the one variant that breaks the cycle, Sylvie knows it for certain when Loki opens his eyes to look down upon you. He gained something today.

'Y/n...' his breathing is uneven at this point. He too has some processing to do.

He wraps his arms around you tightly. 'I'm not letting you go again...' he whispers. You burst into tears right then and there.

'Please don't...'
