" I swear if you don't get out now -" Jakob started walking closer to the guy but dom grabs him pushing him back " go back over their Now !" He yells pointing for him to go  Athena grabs onto Jakob pulling him towards the other way

" Are you okay " Athena looks over Jakob making sure their wasn't any bruise or marks anywhere he only nodded and look back towards dom

"Alright well now we got the golden boy " the man says all sarcastic to which dom responds calmly by telling him to leave " you here to make threats too "

" leave is a simple word " he says but it only infuriates the man " man what is it with you toretto's where your always the hero in your own story's look im going to tell you a secret you,your dad and me were all stuck going round and round in the same shitty circles and we ain't ever getting out " he says putting his hands together

" you ain't half the man my father was " dom says on the verge to hitting the man in front of him " well at least I'm still alive " and with those words dom already saw red 

" Asswhole what did you say " he gets closer towards him only for the guy to say get off me and punch him in the face

Dom hits him with pipe knocking the man down until someone rushes in telling him no and grabbing him back but dom wouldn't stop and kept hitting the man over and over and over again

" DOM STOP " Athena yelled coming in the middle and stoping in front of him and the man that laid on the floor unconscious and bleeding a lot

" Dom stop this isn't right your dad wouldn't have wanted this stop it " she holds out her hand for him to give her the pipe and he hesitates before giving it to her and once she did she brings him into a hug

She gave the pipe to the guy and she hugged dom back " It's okay to grieve " she rubs his back

Jakob stood far watching the entire scene unfold and he wasn't happy with the fact his girlfriend was comforting his brother. He always thought dom had everything handed towards him and that he was better than him but he knew one thing he didn't want dom to have Athena ever

*police station *

" how much is the bail " I asked the laywer while looking over at Jakob who was sitting down looking down at his hands

" 10,000 " I sighed knowing I don't have enough money to bail him out I just thank the lawyer and took a seat next to Jakob

" He isn't getting out is he " he asked watching dom get processed

I shook my head grabbing his hand " I'm so sorry love " I looked towards dom making eye contact with him to which he only nods at me

I look back down thinking of the conversation we had before

" you have to look over Jakob and Mia for me " he rubs his eyes while looking at the handcuffs on him before looking back up at me " you'll be out soon " I assured him

He only shook his head " I'm not gonna be out for a long time I need someone that I trust to watch over my family " He grabs my hand begging me " okay" is all I said

FLASHBACK OVER

Athena opened her eyes only to be met with a dark room the entire room black with a few cars on the walls , taking in her surroundings she tried to get up

Keyword tried to but she felt something holding her down she looked down and noticed arms wrapped around her

She took a deep breath in trying to calm herself and turned her head slowly to look who was behind her but as soon as she did it felt like she had froze

Jakob laid their sleeping while holding onto her tightly she took in his appearance noticing how handsome he had gotten over the years

She slowly put her hand onto his cheek stroking him she moved her hand slowly towards his hair and ran her fingers through it

It's been so long since she had last seen him and it broke her heart knowing she wasn't apart of his life her eyes started getting watery but she blinked making it stop and kissed his cheek

She laid back down scooting closer into his body and slowly let sleep consume her, for the first time in years she felt at peace and safe . Jakob on the other hand smiled softly and pulled her more into him hugging her
