Flaws Of Earth

A tree is perfect in most of its ways.

Through its strong trunk I swing shaded by the leaves.

Until Autumn nears then all the leaves fall

I am left with nothing but a trunk awaiting to blossom.

A flower is beautiful through sight and smell

Whenever I near they enchant me with their spell

However in a certain time of year they become frail

All seeming to die and I am here with just a breeze of air

The sky is majestic and oh so far

Its colorful and bright when dawn peaks I feel alright

Until clouds seem to form overtaking it all

As rain begins to form leaving me when the darkness falls.

Grass is comforting to my feet when I walk

Whenever I need it its their perfectly soft

Though its easily beaten and walked on

Sometimes dying with no shelter from the sun

Water is thirst quenching, clearly refreshing and needed on earth

Though like most things in oceans and in seas

It can be dangerous so you may have seen?

But that doesn't change our need...

Human's on this big round ball

May be caring, loving, tender and here when other call

Though we have many flaws one's we cannot shake

But that is how we're all as one, through each abnormality and mistake

Each is needed, good or bad
