Sophia was walking to school. It was the first day of school, and she was very excited to finally have a break from the White Ghost and have a normal life. As most of you already know, Sophia has had a quite eventful Summer vacation.

Later in school, Sophia was doing her morning work at her desk and having a good time. Suddenly, there was a loud pound on the door. Then the door split open and fell down.

Everyone jumped and started to panic.

What had just happened?

A girl with a yellow, brown, and pink mohawk appeared in the door. She was completely bald except for her mohawk. She was wearing a bright pink bathing suit that looked very old and was extremely dirty. She had pieces of cut construction paper under her feet with old suction cups under them that occasionally fell off. While she stood in the doorway with her rotten teeth showing in a big smile, everyone just stared at her with their jaws hanging open and doing nothing at all.

"Hi, everyone!" said the girl happily, not noticing the strange looks on everyone's faces.

"Everyone, this is our new student, Bobalin!" announced the teacher enthusiastically, "She just moved here from Chicago. Please be nice to her. Welcome to our school, Bobalin!"

"Hi Bobalin," everyone said in a bored tone. No one really meant it. No one in Sophia's class liked new kids, but this girl was crazy. For the rest of that day, no one talked to Bobalin.

Bobalin asked to sit with Sophia and some other girls at lunch. Sophia did not want to make Bobalin feel left out, so she said she could. Bobalin opened her lunch box ( A black garbage bag with some ants on the bottom) and pulled out a disgusting looking sandwich. The bread was made out of spiders and rats and the inside was lead. Bobalin said it was her favorite sandwich. Sophia was a bit concerned if Bobalina ate lead on a normal basis. Maybe that's why her teeth were rotting.

"It looks, great, and so yummy, right?" Bobalin asked.

"Oh yes. It looks so good. Yes, um, I think I need to go to the bathroom." said a girl, turning a bit green.

The rest of that day wasn't much better. Bobalin was extra annoying to Sophia and everybody else. But she was mean to Sophia the most, although Sophia wasn't sure if it was on purpose or if that was Bobalin's everyday behavior. The bell rang. All the kids went out for recess. There were screams and cheers.

Sophia hurried outside. Bobalin followed close behind, but Sophia pretended not to notice. One of the "cool" kids saw her and said:

"Is little Sophia playing with Bobble- Head Bobalin?"

Sophia ignored her. Then, the girl said it again.

"Is wittle little So-So-Sophia playing with Bobble-Head Bobalin?" asked the girl.

That was it. Sophia could not take this anymore. She ran away without even looking back. Then, she saw a piece of grey dust floating through the air. It was a piece of the White Ghost's book.

But why was it here? This was definitely a sign. Sophia looked into the distance. Then, suddenly, like a magnet being attracted to another magnet, another familiar piece of grey dust flew toward the piece in Sophia's hand. The two pieces of dust locked themselves together and it looked like they were never two pieces of dust.

The White Ghost must have done this, and I'll go find her. Thought Sophia.

Sophia didn't see Bobalin looking at her from behind a bush. Bobalin was watching Sophia's every movement, she had to be up to something!

Sophia wished she could be in the world of the ghosts. There was a flash of light and everything was gone.
