"Oh, no, no, no, no, Celestia and I told you. This technology's too dangerous for anyone to get hold of, even the, er, the good guys." The Doctor explains.
"Okay. So I get the blue box to CBS, then what?" Chaney asks.
"Then we shall see." The Doctor says.
"Doctor, Celestia, if there's just two of these aliens, then why are we getting so excited?" Charley asks to The Time Lords.
"Because despite Mr Devine's bluster, he was right." Celestia explains.
"With an insider like him on their side, they can still cause unprecedented damage to this world." The Doctor says.
"You two have a plan?" Charley asks them.
"Of course. Tell me, Charley, are you fond of drama?" The Doctor asks.
"Oh, this is a mess." The man says. Then Time Lords, Charley and Chaney enters.
"My thoughts exactly." The Doctor says.
"What the devil?" The man is cut off by Celestia.
"Oh, it is you, isn't it?" Celestia looks at the man in front of her with wide eyes.
"Who?" Charley asks.
"Who the hell are you?" Orson Welles asks them.
"You're Orson Welles, as I live and breathe. We're such fans." The Doctor says, excitedly as he wraps an arm around Celestia's waist to pull her closer to himself. "We've seen all your films."
"Doctor. I think it's a bit early for him." Celestia tells him telepathically.
"But I haven't made any." Orson says, confused.
"Of course not, but you will, you will." The Doctor says.
"Doctor, Celestia." Charley gains their attention.
"Mm?" The Doctor says as they both look at the human woman.
"Look." Charley points to something. The Time Lords walk over to her side.
"Oh boy." Celestia says as she sees the body. She turns around.
"Oh dear. Poor fellow. Shot?" The Doctor guesses.
"Yes." The man with them says.
"Who was he?" Celestia asks.
"Bix Biro." Orson informs her.
"His pen name?" The Doctor asks.
"I beg your pardon?" The man asks.
"You must be." The Doctor says but the man finishes for him.
"John Houseman, sir. You are?" John asks them.
"A pleasure." The Doctor says, excitedly. "I'm the Doctor. This is Celestia and this is Charley." He introduces.
"Okay, the blue box is on its way, Doc." Chaney comes in, he's out of breath.
"Now what?" Orson asks.
"And this is Mr Chaney." Celestia says.
"Chaney?" John asks.
"Don Chaney?" Orson asks at the same time.
"Yeah. What's it to youse?" Chaney asks.
"You, er, you have this spaceship?" Orson questions.
"Excellent. I don't have to bring you up to speed. Now, you've been working tonight, haven't you?" The Doctor questions.
