The lonely person sat at a bench their body throwing shadows in the moonlight.
I walked up to them, it turned out to be Ethan.
I smiled at him letting out a "hi"
He looked up at me smiling back,
"Hey" He asked me to sit down before offering a cigarette.
"No thank you" I smiled answering.
We sat there in awkward but comfortable silence, watching the smoke of his cigarette disappear in the night.
