"That's very kind of you, but I'm afraid we'd rather stick around. As Celestia has explained, we can't really allow that technology to fall into anyone's hands." The Doctor says.
Suddenly a man walks over to them.
"Least of all a lousy Red." He says, powering up the alien gun in his hand.
"Now, let's not do anything hasty." The Doctor says.
"You're the three Ellis found at the hotel?" The man asks.
"Yes." Celestia says.
"The ones he told me were locked up?" The man questions.
"Yes." The Doctor answers this time.
"Would you recommend I get myself a new second-in-command?" The man questions further.
"Probably. Now listen, Mr. Chaney, isn't it?" The Doctor asks.
"That's right. So youse is the Russkies, huh?" Chaney says.
"No, no, the lady is a is a Russkie." The Doctor says, pointing to Glory. "We're just interested observers." He says as he wraps around an arm around Celestia's waist, pulling her closer to himself. She was going to argue but The Doctor gave her a look and she decided to just went with it.
"Observers, huh? Never sit on fences, my friends. It makes your eyes water." Chaney tells them.
"All right, Mr Chaney, We're not observers, we're active participants." Celestia says.
"Now, listen to me. The three of us know what kind of a precarious state the world is in currently." The Doctor says.
"Uh-huh." Chane says as he powers down the gun.
"Then I implore you, whatever deal you've made, forget it." The Doctor says.
"This stuff is too dangerous to give to anyone right now." Celestia finishes off for him.
"But I made a deal, Mr and Miss?" Chane asks their names.
"Doctor and Celestia." The Doctor says.
"Doctor, Celestia. Don Chaney made a deal with the good guys, how about that? The CIA are on their way to a cosy rendezvous. I'm packing up my troubles and I'm gonna give them all that space junk downstairs." Chane says.
"At least he has not sold it to the Nazis." Stepashin says.
"But it belongs to us. The Professor has sustained this creature, analysed the technology. I claim it all!" Glory shouts.
"Are you kiddin'?" Chaney asks, laughing.
"What do you think this is, Pass The Parcel?" The Doctor asks, getting angry. "We're talking about technology that is thousands of years in advance of what you have on Earth."
"The Professor here has already adapted what he's learned to help with his fission experiments." Celestia says, she's angry as well.
"Yes. Yes, I have constructed a prototype. I believe it will work. Think of it. An atomic bomb." Stepashin says.
"We are thinking of it." Celestia says.
"Now please, Mr Chaney, Professor, Miss Bee or whoever you are, let it go. Believe me, it's for the best. Celestia and I can take care of this." The Doctor says.
"And who are youse, huh? Santy Claus? Say, are you two English? Is that why you're giving us all this hope and charity stuff? Yeah, that's it. Your Mr Chamberlain wants to get his paws on it first. Well, no dice, Doctor, Celestia." Chaney says. Then a man runs over to him.
