The silly goofballs just couldn't help when they're in a light mood but snigger so loudly. ❝ Gosh, my Jinjin really needs a break after all. ❞ The rest-deprived girl couldn't even reminisce Jongseong's words as he leaned in a bit closer to tuck her strands behind the ear and admire his wife's visuals with a clearer view. Mijin's brows were furrowed as she tried comprehending to understand his complex words.

❝ What do you mean? ❞

She still had no clue if it weren't for Jongseong who'd spilt the matter since he's starting to feel concerned on behalf of his significant other. ❝ Today's Sunday, you silly. ❞ Realization finally made its way towards Mijin as she clapped the two of her palms together. ❝ Ahh, you're right Jayjay! ❞ There were tons of unfinished documents awaiting for her at work although it's then weekends.

Noticing her distressed expression, Jay just immediately thought of a brilliant idea. ❝ You really need to relieve stress with me today. ❞ Jay instantly dropped his fork and pressed the babysitter's number. ❝ It's okay Jayjay, I'm fine. ❞ The stubborn boy didn't let her give up so easily and showed her a gesture of shushing himself with an index finger. ❝ You're not. God, it's been so long since we had a proper date together. ❞ He'd recalled the carefree memories when they were just university students dating until the huge responsibilities of becoming a grown-up struck them. 

Date? Were they gonna go dating? ❝ But what about Jeongin-❞ Speaking up about their son's name, Mijin reminded Jay about the sleeping baby in their bedroom. ❝ We can just call the babysitter. ❞ The smart man won this time as if he'd been planning this all along. Mijin's unsure to leave their child behind but Jongseong's right. She really needed a break this time.

❝ Mama and Dada will be back soon, Jeongin-ah. ❞ Staring at the peacefully asleep three-month-old baby, Mijin played with his tiny fingers whilst biding goodbye. ❝ We love you~. ❞ Don't get Jay wrong but he'll force himself to become a softie when it comes to his beloved ones.

❝ A sauna? ❞ The boy cleverly nodded his head with a pure smile painted across his face. Mijin had no idea why her husband had brought her here but she didn't complain. It was fun to visit saunas, hearing from others' experiences but Mijin never knew it herself cause she surely couldn't feel the pleasure of it when her accursed self was never brought to such places before.

❝ It's your first time coming here, right? ❞ The clueless woman looked around and nodded, a smile not leaving her lips as she observed around the surroundings. ❝ Yeah, did I look that obvious? ❞ The girl in awe just awkwardly laughed before following where Jay took her to with their hands being interlaced to one another.

❝ Hang on for a second. ❞ Jay's smirk got wider as the boy contemplated folding the head towel into a lamb's style. ❝ LMAO, what's that? ❞ Mijin couldn't hold her excitement back as she giggled like a child when her eyes noticed the cutely wrapped towel by Jongseong.

❝ Done! ❞ , the excited one revealed the aftermath and put the beautifully folded towel onto Mijin's head, making her burst into a small snigger. ❝ Ayyy, it looks cute on you. ❞ Jay's compliment unstoppably made Mijin smile as the boy wasn't sure whether he's used to seeing her like this or not.

❝ It has already been years and I'm still receiving a heart attack whenever I see you smile. ❞ , the goofy male pointed his fingers towards the left side of his chest, overreacting but Mijin's used to his satisfying reactions and corny pickup lines. ❝ Neither has your flirting habit changed. ❞ She playfully nudged her elbow at him before trying to peel the round tangerine. Until Jongseong out of the blue knocked her head with a boiled egg.

❝ Yah, that hurt. ❞ , complained Mijin before playfully rolling her eyes at him, amusing her endearing husband who'd laughed his lungs off. ❝ Oopsies, it did crack tho. ❞ Mijin was too busy wincing in pain that she couldn't even mock her husband back because of the cracking egg method used on her exposed forehead earlier.

❝ Oh my god, did it hurt that bad? ❞ Jongseong immediately stopped what he's doing and caressed her head with his widened eyes carefully scanning the reddish bump on her fair-toned forehead. ❝ A bit, yes. ❞ Mijin groaned in pain since she also thought that her forehead wouldn't be that fragile enough to violently react to the pain.

The hearty boy didn't waste another second to peck her reddish forehead, making the female quick taken aback as her heart started fuming with its hasty speed cause by his impact. The quirky boy smirked after seeing his wife's flustered reaction in the light shade of red situating on both of her cheeks.

❝ Gosh, Park Jongseong you little rascal-❞ But he interrupted with a sudden kiss on the lips, that made a rapid mess in Mijin's heart and mind since he was continuously making her speechless and she couldn't retort with any reason.

❝ What's wrong with a husband kissing his own wife? ❞ She really couldn't win against this cheesy boy after all. Cooling herself with wind, Mijin tried to erase the embarrassing flush on her cheeks and just chuckled at Jongseong.

There his dazzling eyes were, seeking the inner thoughts of her soul as his eyes lured her defiant heart to give in and shake along with palpitation. No matter how strong she was, she'd still choose to become a fool for love as long as it's Park Jongseong being the love of her life. ❝ I literally can't win over you, Mr cheesy corn. ❞ , she playfully squished his cheeks, giving up at the same time as she found herself smiling.

Mijin's eyes which were the windows of her mindset showed the sparks which had been missing when Jay had first seen her. He's keenly happy to see her smiling again.

But he's happier when her reason to smile was actually him.

And the baby's name Jeongin was supposedly converted out of the sounds from Jongseong & Mijin hehe!
