san sighed as he finished packing his things, hugging his parents before he left the house. he knew he was probably not coming back to this house anytime soon, so he made sure to take his time before leaving. "do you have everything?" san's mom said with a slight whine in her voice. "yes mom, i do." san replied slightly annoyed. "your toothbrush, your clothes, especially your underwea-" "yes mom, i have everything." san said, cutting his mom off before she could embarrass him anymore. "don't get into any trouble, son, like getting a girl pregnant. or i'll kill ya!" san's dad said as he pat his shoulder harshly, laughing softly. san awkwardly laughed along, knowing his dad was not joking one bit. because if he were to get a girl pregnant, san wouldn't live to see that baby be born.
san said his goodbyes to his parents and hurried out the house, not wanting to dwell on the topic before heading to the bus stop. once the bus arrived, he got on and sat down. he pulled out his phone and read a message that said:
hwa: you're gonna love it here, trust me!
san smiled before slipping his phone back into his pocket. "i hope you're right, seonghwa."
