Royal Election

No one noticed, but Subaru did find Regulus's face hilarious when he found out Felix was a guy.

Marcos: If I may be so forward, I, Marcos, leader of the Imperial Knights, will direct today's proceedings.

Marcos started talking about the reason they have all gathered here, but he was rudely interupted by one of the Royal Canditates. Namely Anastasia, who was then followed up by Crusch, saying that this is a meeting about "learining one another" but one of the "wise men" told her that that wasn't true.

Crusch: Felis, this is not what you told me.

Felix: All I said was, maybe this is a drinking party.

Crusch: Forgive me, I must have jumped to conclusions, allow me to retract everything i've just said.

Anastasia: It doesn't matter anyway, my point still stands, there's no need for these stupid explainations. We already know what's happening.

Emilia: Um...Maybe we should hear-

Anastasia: Sorry, wasn't asking for your opinion.

Subaru already knew that this comment was coming, but it annoyed him still quite a bit.

But what he didn't expect was for Regulus to slightly....flinch?

Subaru: (Nah, must have been my own imagination.)

Then, there was no change from what happened originally, all the way up until Reinhard finally revealed the fifth canditate, which was obviously Felt. Atleast to Subaru.

She walked up to Reinhard and Subaru already knew she was about to try and kick him.

Felt: Reinhard......You Bastard!!

She tried to kick him, but he easily caught her foot.

Reinhard: Felt-sama. I apologize, is the dress not to your liking?

Felt: Don't just block my kick like that! You just kidnapped me and put me infront of a bunch of strangers!

She then noticed Regulus staring at her.

Felt: Oh, you're here too? Still wearing the same stupid dress? Kidding~

Regulus: You-

Marcos: Felt-sama, if you're done speaking to your old friend. Could you stand here?

She huffed and stood next to the other Royal Canditates.

Felt: So? What do you want me to do?

Reinhard: I would say to act more like a lady, but this comes first.

He gave her the insignia as it started glowing the moment it touched her hand.

As the Royal Election started and some of the nobles in the room started to question the actual qualification of the young girl, both Felt and Priscilla started having an argument which ended with Reinhard stepping in before things got too hot.

Emilia: What are you doing? In a place like this?

Priscilla: I was only trying to teach a untrained bitch her place.

Emilia: You won't even apologize?

Priscilla: Then, will you apologize for being born? You silver haired half-elf.

Emilia: I'm not connected to the witch....

........

No, Subaru was confident this time....Regulus was 100% annoyed now.

One look at his face would tell you all you need to know.

Subaru: (But why would HE care?! It's not an insult at him so- Wait... Regulus + insult = bad. And Regulus has his heart placed on Emilia, so Emilia with his heart + insult = Insult directed at Regulus = bad............Oh fuck....)

Subaru hoped, oh so truly hoped that he wad wrong about this and that he was just being completely paranoid.

And so the Election continued with each canditate giving their small little speech on what they would do if they became king.

Some more noble than others.

And when Felt said that she didn't want to join this election, that's when all of the insults ran loose.

At first they were directed at Felt, but they quickly went from her to Emilia.

Subaru was obviously still pissed, but he was worried about something else.

But when one of the council members shouted at Emilia that she is a "Filthy Woman"

And that is when it started, ironicly at the same time as Subaru did it last time.

But there was one major change.

Instead of shouting "Hey!" Towards everyone in the room, there was only one thing that filled the room.
