Undercover

I sighed before pulling out my phone to call Micheal and he answered after a few rings

"Yeah ?" He said kind of quietly

"Can we do whatever you need me to do now ? They just arrested kash and I'm not wasting anymore time" I said and he cleared his throat

"Now isn't a good time."

"We had a deal.." I told him

"And we still do, just now isn't the right time-

Interrupting him I heard a woman's voice in the background and he started speaking to her

"Just meet me at the office and we can talk about it there." He told me and I rolled my eyes before hanging up and going upstairs.

A few hours later-

"So the club's name is Paradise, the owner is Tyrell Campbell, but he goes by Ty." The man said.

Him and Micheal started talking but I zoned out not paying attention and Micheal snapped at me

"Did you hear that ?" He asked and is shook my head causing him to sigh

"She's gonna be able to help us." The man said and I rolled my eyes before sitting up

"What is it?" I asked

"James thinks you should go in, come up on him, and put a microphone chip on him." He said and I chuckled

"That's not gonna work." I told him and he furrowed his eyebrows at me

"I'm a federal agent, I know how to do my job-

"They're metal." I told him

"So..."

"It'll go off as soon as he exits the club, they have metal detectors inside and out that club, he'll find it." I said and he looked at me

"Then what do you suggest." He asked before giving me a face as in he was doubting me.

"I spike him, get him to his house, he'll be knocked out while I look around or even take his keys to the club, y'all can copy it and search." I suggested

"We can't search without a warrant." Micheal said

"Y'all can't, I'm a paralegal, it's not against the law for me." I said and they looked around

"That's dangerous Kay-

"I got shit to do, I don't got time to stress about what could happen." I said and James nodded

"I'll let my team know, we can start tonight." James said and Micheal looked at me before James left

"You sure you wanna do this ?" He asked and I nodded

"Got to hold this shit down for him, and then my daughter-

"Are you sure this is about kash ?" He asked before walking up on me

"I'm sure, back up." I told him and he put his hands up in surrender

"I looked into Liyah's case last night." He told me before giving me a folder

"I found out that the man that's accusing her is Micheal Branner." He said and I furrowed my eyebrows before opening it

"This isn't true." I said before shaking my head

"Micheal's dead."

"Are you sure ?" He asked

"No like I'm 100% positive."  I said
